You can have as many Dominicanas a lot hotter than the ones pictured for around a hundred bucks a day. These girls flock to Costa Rica because they can make three times the money that they make at home, and I have seen many there at the "inflated" price of about $300 for all night.

You would do much better to book all of your own arrangements yourself, and save yourself at least fifty cents on the dollar, probably more.

All you need do is go to Sosua or Puerta Plata.  Walk down the street.  Within thirty seconds you will be beating off the chicas.

Go to any night club in these cities.  In several there will even be hundreds of girls, any of whom you can approach and all will entertain you, papi.  The ratio will be around 10:1 in your favor, and they all love you papi.

After a while you'll actually get annoyed that they won't leave you alone!

These adult resorts aren't bad, but they often don't do anything but repackage the same hotel and girls you can get directly for several times what you'd pay yourself, and honestly it is so easy it makes no sense.

Few of the ladies will be top tier and you will end up paying more than the norm for the region
But just like a brothel, it does appeal to some.
I'd advise doing your homework.
