When I book for 1 hour, I am certainly able to do 2 pops, so I budget the first 30 minutes for 1 pop, and then maybe rest 10 minutes .. and then the remaining 20 minutes for a 2nd pop.
Some ladies are not into 2nd pops - maybe because they are sensitive down there? So if you're done in 30 minutes and you booked 1 hour - what do you normally do with the remaining 30 minutes? Or what did your provider do - give a massage, even if you didn't want it?

And almost all of the time they initiate it. Maybe to get me to shut up!

It's just that sometimes my clients don't have enough refractory time for the second one in an hour. He usually knows it - and he expects us to snuggle and chat or whatever after he's had his coffee.  Sometimes they choose to leave after the first pop, even if they have a half-hour left. In this, I let the guy lead!

Hell, i've gotten off three pops in an hour several times, but I'm just easy...

However, with a regimen of ginseng tea I'm starting to get back to two in a hour on a good day anyways.

But, there are fun things to do like cuddle, massage and even (gasp) intelligent conversation.

The time is yours.  Make of it what you will.  I always book at least two hours if she'll have me.

Sadly, I've met girls who invoke this crappy policy, and I never gave them repeat business. All it is is just another scummy, cock-teasing, hold-out, upselling strategy that raises the mutual resentment level even higher. If we have time left and I want another "pop" isn't that what she's there for?

To me, it's down there with these other tricks of the reluctant and client-hating side of the trade:

* CBJs
* No kissing
* Time wasting (opinions vary, but I count massages in here)
* False advertising / sales patter
* Laying there like a dead fish

If it is strictly  a GFE session, why not! If I am doing a FBSM session, then sometimes it is difficult, because you have 30-40 minutes of massage THEN play time so 2 pops is unlikely

Based on your own example, there is 20 minutes left to get something done again that took 30 minutes the first time.  Even if you say the first 10 minutes were chit-chat, you are pushing the limit. Some ladies are not into letting guys stay 15 minutes beyond the hour.  

The lady's experiences may have taught her that clients often utilize a refractory time that pushes the time limit for a second cup within 1 hour.  During the visit she is noticing that it took 25 minutes of actual work for the first cup.  She adds in a minimum of 10 minutes of rest and knows that the 1 hour is not enough time.  Throw in showering before AND after and the math in her head won't allow a second cup.  You may be the exception to her rule, but she probably has also learned it's not good to start something the clock won't let her finish.

Also, when the lady suggests, "Are you ready to try again?" and you say that you need a few more minutes, you just eliminated the second cup. So that last 30 minutes is used for cuddling, massage and talking.

Solution: Book more than an hour.

No, I don't need to wear them yet.

I would expect only one pop from high-volume-low-rate providers. That would include many agency ladies. I am considerate; I went to save some for other hobbyists so I don't want to wear them out.

That said. I might be able to pop twice with one hour of rest but that requires a lot of effort which takes the fun away. I would have to concentrate on popping at the beginning of a session instead of build up from kissing to foreplay to the pop. Then I would have to concentrate on the second pop which takes time away from cuddling and winding down. I like to get to know the provider a bit, otherwise I would rather stay home and get re-acquainted with my right hand.

The correct question is no matter what you defination of GFE or specific menu items...  it should be all inclusive for the time stated.  An hour of play time should be what ever you & she are capable of in an hour.  As many times as you are capable of.
