If you look closely, it's because she has one of her legs bent. So, you see her ankle on one side and her calf on the other.  Jeesh

but yes, despite it looking a bit weird, (once I looked down that low of course) your explanation makes perfect sense.

I thought that lump under her skirt was a boner and you had posted a pic of a pre-op M-F trans with a deformed leg.
