Talk to a urologist about it.  I assume your handle means you are 71-72.   Over the counter shit is mostly hype.  

Actually, TRT reduces sperm production. Been on it for years, great for muscle mass, lean metabolism, mental acuity, libido and getting wood. But not shooting ropes is a side effect.

There's no correlation betwen semen volume and fertility/sperm count.

However, there is considerable anecdotal evidence that certain fertility drugs can make a load a bit thicker.  Clomiphene, for example, while primarily for women has been given to men to increase their fertility and possibly even boost their natural testosterone (really just makes a bit more available), but also had a side effect of thickening semen. Some male pornstars also tended to do most of their films in between steroid cycles while they were correcting their testosterone production because recovery drugs that helped them also had similar effects on loads (eg. Brandon Irons back in the day). Now, is playing with your hormone levels worth thicker or, possibly, bigger loads? Probably not, but to each their own.

the standard protocol for Testosterone Replacement Therapy became a three-drug treatment with Testosterone, Anastrozole and hCG.  The hCG maintains and sometimes improves semen production that otherwise will result from testicle shrinkage by using T alone, as you state.  I've been on the 3-drug protocol for 3 years and my semen production is slightly higher than  before I started.  You have to start the hCG at the same time you start the T.  Once your balls have shrunken, its nearly impossible to bring them back, and the lack of capacity cue to the smaller size is what lowers the volume.   You're not alone, I know a lot of guys who have been on TRT for years without the concurrent hCG and their balls became the size of hazelnuts after a couple of years.
