My last question for y'all. Im having a professional photoshoot for my website and I can't decide if I should show my face or not. I don't care if people find out what I do. I love this job. What do you prefer? Blur or no blur?

If you have no problem showing your face, then a beautiful smile and seductive eyes will make your pictures 1000 times better.

Show the smile but blur the face unrecognizabella so someone that "you don't" want to know your business, can't find out your name and what you do...
 Like the Hotel Desk Clerk or the photo recognition software.

you can show the fellas your pretty face once they have been verified...don't think cops don't look at your site too

Screen cap or right click your head shot and print it off. If you work out of hotels, they will take that printout and show it around...and there is no mistaking who you are or what you do.

Show your beautiful face.. It definately helps when a hobbyist is choosing a provider..

If it doesn't bother you, by all means, let us see your face.  I understand why some girls won't show their face, but when deciding on a girl I much prefer to see her face.

If showing your face doesn't bother you it will get you more business. There is more than a few face men out there that think a woman's face is a big turn on. I am one myself.

They want easy access to see what you look like.  That's it.  Nothing more.  For your safety, do not show your face.

This business is still illegal. Hotels, LE and whomever else can use it against you. Not to mention some guy who might try to stalk or blackmail you. I haven't always done the best job at blurring/cropping my face and wish I would have.

As well, it provides discretion for your clientele. Some guys don't want to be with a "known" provider. They want to be seen out with a lovely woman.

Reviews can speak for your "facial" qualities. As well, a gentleman can still have something wonderful to discover about you when you open the door.

Obviously, the less identifiable someone, the safer they are.

We all strike a risk/reward balance.

If a woman has a pretty face, there is no doubt that showing it would likely be better for business. But at the same time, it makes her more susceptible to various forms of harm -- such as being discovered by a family less than appreciative; or by her full-time employer.

So I agree that it is generally safer not to show one's face; just as it is safer for me if providers never learn my real name.

You enjoy your job, and that's great.

Will you want to retire some day?  When you do, might you want this part of your life to stay dormant?  Just because you take down your site the pics don't go away.  They live in archives, they live on guys' computers who downloaded a copy.

No matter what you do, the possibility of an angry client, wife, competitor provider, ... always exists and clear face photos make dangerous weapons.

Anyone who decides body photos, review descriptions, and everything else available is not enough, you're better off moving on to the next client.

Some guys will not book a provider without seeing her face.
In addition, a provider should not complain if she is given a 6 in looks because she hid her face.  

Many women here show their faces. They don't seem to have any issues. As for the safety issue, one can't do a reverse lookup on a picture to find your address. One can be done on a phone number though.

I have photos I look at & think "I so wish this was a different universe!!"  I'd love to show my face.  I also love this job, am proud of it and tell people I *trust* about it.

But....

I know that almost *all* men, clients or not, browse escort sites looking for free pictures of naked girls  And I don't need to deal with the unfortunate assumptions people have about sex workers 24/7 -- from the boy who bags my groceries to, gods forbid, one of my co-workers at my day job.  A friend of mine who's very open about her work as a pro-domme has had to deal with this a few times (male 'friends' assuming that meant she was sexually available for free aka 'a slut'... ?!?!?!).

I think someone mentioned that clients can become quite attached to their ATF, saving photos.  I've personally seen clients post photos from 10+ years prior (even scanned PRINT photos from days gone by!) of their former ATFs who have moved on.  You may not know where you will be in 10 years!

Lastly, and also as someone else mentioned, many clients don't want everyone to know that they are out at dinner with a paid companion.  If you are someone who goes out on the town with your friends, then in my opinion, photos aren't the best idea.

I think every provider makes her own informed decision based on her future plans, current situation etc.  I consider it like safer sex -- we all make our own informed decision.

I dont' know how ladies get by and snag clients with blurred or pics absent faces.  
I've done both.. tried blurring all my pics for a time then not blurred and my face seems to increase my sales.

Maybe it varies for each person but I've found showing face helps my biz if my experience is any help.  

Most people aren't scanning escort sites and memorizing each face..  so being recognized isn't as common as some might think. IMHO

I don't know what you are referring to and I'd be glad to have you post examples, but I almost always reply in kind.  When someone calls me out with a string of curses I have this reaction to reply in kind.  Most the exchanges I start are completely civil.

Oh, there you go again with your selective reading.  Yes, I did.  And as you forgot to mention she is a lot more than that to me (which I stated) and she put up collateral worth more than the $30K (which I also mentioned).  I presently have in my safe deposit box several pieces of her jewelry worth more than what she owes me.  I know the value of one piece because I gave it to her years ago; I know the value of the others because we went to get them appraised together.  $30K is a lot of money to me, but she is very important to me, and at my age I have what I need.  If she doesn't pay it back I've already picked out the necklass I want to be burried with!
