How much actual time do you spend researching the stats of a lady you are thinking about seeing?  I find it interesting that our stats (on TER)list our height, age, figure & so on.  It seems like guys will make the date without researching a little.  Does your "second brain" get excited with her photos & you jump the gun and book a date or you figure what you've heard through the grapevine it'll turn out good regardless?

there are those times when I need a little edge.. and will see a lady who has no reviews....  takes a bit to make that decision - and so far I am batting about 50/50 with respect to what I look for - if they are a reviewed person that percentage jumps to about 90%!!!

It adds to the allure. All ot that crap goes out the window as soon as I see some lace.

not measurable in numbers.  It's the chemistry before the appointment.  Unlike many hobbiests, I like to "know" the person I'm thinking of dating.  So many of my picks are the ones that come into chat, ones that post on the discussion boards, or ones I've corresponded with over a period of time by email and I get a sense of who they are.  Once they pass that test, the other statistics then come into play.  Call me strange, but without the chemistry, it's just another lay.

So, to answer the question, it's not hours, it's more like days, or weeks, sometimes months!!  But then, I've had a good success rate, so I have no complaints.

it works.  never a bad experience.  gotta luv it!  it does take a lot of time, but since i'm not a very active hobbyist, it's time well invested.

nearly every provider i've seen i met first in da chatrooms.  the chat gives me a feel for what they're all about and gives me a reason to peruse their websites and reviews.

I just glance over the stats sheet for a few key items, and then go on to get a general impression from reading as many of the reviews as I can. The stats are often not accurate: for example, listing the provider as a D-cup, when she's clearly a B, or saying she offers CBJ when every review states BBBJ. So, I don't pay too much attention to the stats sheet.

Yes I understand. It goes both ways. My stat sheet is accurate except I do not offer massage & I have no idea how it got on my sheet, someone else did it. I have no control over it. But how do you justify guys that blatenly lie about what we wore & did in the session. Reviews are not always accurate darlin!  That's what irritates me! And that does affect our reputation as a good provider. On the female stand, it can get very annoying. So I hope you understand our end of it.

Error on the part of a previous client. You can have it corrected by filing a problem report. (Well, not always. Sometimes staff doesn't get around to making these corrections. :/

Contrary to popular opinion, I was born with a brain. It even gets used occasionally. I'm well-aware that reviews are often embellished, or even wholly made-up so the author can scam a few free days out of the system. That's why I try to read many to get a general impression of the provider.

Oh, I do, believe me. Mismatched expectations are probably one of the quickest ways to spoil a session for both parties.

Nice galleries!  I especially liked the ones on the beach.  What beach were those pics shot at?  Was it a nude/topless beach or were you just fortunate enough to find a secluded spot?  Were you horny when the pics were being shot?  Did you do it with the person that shot the pics?  (lol) Inquiring minds want to know...

I spend some time researching, but I am also looking at some other factors -- availabilty that matches up with my odd schedule, affordable rates, reviews, promptness in answering email, and so on.  I do have some preferences, and some things that are hard-and-fast lines that I won't cross, but that's just me, and I'm certainly not going to fault anyone for being interested in something or someone that I'm not.

I don't put a lot of stock in the basic stats, except as a very rough guideline -- I expect them to get ethnicity correct, and if a woman is 4 foot 11 inches tall, I expect that she won't be listed as "a statuesque 6-foot Amazon".  The guidelines are just that, and shouldn't be expected to be terribly precise.  I also don't pay too much attention to the differences in ratings, except to look for something that is way out of line -- what's the difference between "she was a 7" and "she was a 9" except personal taste, anyway?  I'd consider a 3, 4, or 5 to be a warning sign, though.
