First, I exercise early every morning. It gets me ready to tackle the day and definitely helps my mood.  I get down if I have to miss a day or two.

Having you visit DC would do it for me lol.

I’m blushing thank you, kindly my dear. I greatly appreciate your compliments. I recently started meditating it’s hard to, do as a single Super Mamacita it’s my goal to achieve balance in life. Yoga today & Pilates tomorrow. I stay active. I have a home gym with a treadmill that I enjoy the iFit app. I also walk & run my pitbull daily.  Today was 5 miles, and yesterday was 6.
