There are legit providers that are on that site. One that I know of but never seen has great reviews here on TER.

Been a hobbyist for a while and encountered this passionandcharm/blank website for a provider who said she didn't set up the website... Since then I've seen a few more... Not a big deal just curious if anyone provider or hobbyist has experience with this...

Usually a bait and switch operation, or else they extort the provider to pay for advertising because she is missing out on customers.

Was not whether there are legit providers on the site, but whether or not the providers had given their CONSENT to be advertised there.

A provider I saw for the very first time I mentioned she was on a website called Sexy N' Classy. It had all her pertinent info about her. She told me she didn't sign on or had any input on setting her info on that website. A Client set it up for her. She seems fine with it. Her info is still posted there.

They're created for one reason, to make $. Consent is normally not given on scraper sites. Google it and you can read more.

So a Client can set up a website with all of a provider's info and reviews?

It's the website. They just pull info off the Internet (other websites and ads) and create provider websites. Some providers are ok with it. Many are not. It appears to be their personal website but they have no control over it. have no control over it.
