I forwarded your questions to P411 and this was their response:

An admirer's Favorite list is private. Only the admirer can see it in their own account.

Companions are not notified if they've been added to an admirer's Favorite list and cannot see the list at all.

Wondering if anyone knows how favorites show up for providers in p411?
- does she get a message that she's been favorited?
- can she query a list of everyone who favorites her?
- can you hide your favoring her from her notification or list?
