Overtime?

Lets say you invite a new provider (meaning experience but new to me) to your incall for an hour and she stays for two. You ask her twice if she need to go and she says no. What kind of a tip is appropriate and on the next visit if she stays is she just working hard for a tip or should I feel compelled to pay the two hour rate (even though I requested just one hour)?

Maybe she just like your company, had extra time, didn't want to be  in traffic and was waiting for a better time to be on the road....you never know.  The point is, you didn't ask her to stay.  If you did, yes, more funds should be paid out.  It was her choice, for whatever reason, to stay the two hours.  If, indeed it was working for a tip, then that is just not right.  If she wanted more cash, she should have asked you if you wanted her to stay for two hours, and at that point, you two could have discussed what compensation she would get.   But to just stay and not talk about it, and expect a tip....no.

If your chatting and she seems happy to sit and talk then you owe her nothing. Being friendly is good business sense and if she has no place to go staying to talk hurts no one. I do that often myself

If you are going for round 2 or 3 and time is up I would ask her what the extra hour would cost. Few ladies are going to stay under these conditions without thinking your paying for their time. Otherwise you already know the right thing to do without asking.

I like the newbie board for this type of question. It helps many who are just getting started and allows a bigger variety of answers from experienced hobbiests who help out there. Don'6t worry you'll get a ladies point of view as well. Seeing 80 reads and no one jumping in to help tells me you should ask this on the newbie board

If your smart your not walking into a new ladies incall with an entire extra hrs donation sitting in your wallet.  If your gonna bring any extra cash you might want to have extra for a tip.  Most ladies hear are very honest and those that run things like a business no stealing is a career killer.  That said it happens.  Never bring large amounts of extra cash.  It can set you up to get ripped off as well as add temptation to someone who may be down on their luck.  If she was to be compensated for a second hr this should have been discussed before hand.  A good tip is often r/s and becoming a regular. IMHO

Did you encourage her to stay snuggling and more fun etc?

If the two of you are just hangin on the couch and the fun has ended and you ask her if she needs to go. I would take that as a hint and say she is up selling or trying to get more $$ out of you..

Or maybe you two are just really enjoying good conversation and she expected nothing..

A tip is a gift.. never expected..
You could just ask her outright.. "How much do I owe you as she is leaving.. that will tell you all that you need to know....

I have a tendency to lose track of time...she is choosing to stay...You did Not ask her to...when I stay longer or allow someone to stay and hang out with me...I personally am Not expectating anything...except to keep Enjoying the company and Fun we are having...if You choose to leave a little extra something...of course that is always appriciated ;)

an out-of-town lady for a 2-hr. date.  Near the end of the 2nd hr. she said "why don't you spend the night?"  I replied that I only had enough $$ for the 2 hrs.  She said, "Don't worry, we can work it out tommorow."  I passed because I didn't want to blow my hobby budget.

While I like your idea in theory it brings me back to the point of bringing a bunch of extra cash to a appointment.  This to me just seems like a bad idea.  If the hobbyist and provider have already talked about the possibility of extending the date before hand then the hobbyist should have cash for that and again maybe a tip.(I still say the best tip is to r/s and become a regular rather then handing her a few extra bucks, not that you cant do both for truly outstanding service)  Personally I like to know exactly what our session is gonna cost so i can drop the donation and forget about it.  Surely you have not forgotten the large # of ladies that are very unhappy with a new client bringing up a question like how do much  I owe you.(The response is usually followed by its on my site read it before hand.)  Especially as stated above in new client-provider relationship. If you had a good time tip her if you want to, if yo don't schedule 3 more appts with her.  Most Ladies I know prefer frequent r/s with a clean no hassle guy to a gift card and an in frequent r/s with Someone with that is more demanding and feel that their tip allows them to justify more pushy behaviors.      IMHO

On a couple of occasions I had dates run long mostly because I can be difficult to finish at times. On both occasions I was having a grand old time, watching the clock, too, and as my time was ending I suggested we need to go now, even though I was not finished.

While other times the reply was to ask if that was really okay, or how much longer do you think this will take, and I said we can stop now, I am happy, these two times I was told not to worry, and we continued. In one instance I left some extra money though not enough for the extra half hour we spent. The other time I tried to leave more money as we ended up visiting and going way over, but she asked me not to leave anything extra - gotta love her for that, though I am not sure how good a business model it is (but she did earn some extra friendship points for sure). Yes, I got a deal of some sort, but as suggested above, the value to the ladies will far exceed my deal. I am seeing both ladies again, and will extend our visits an extra half hour or more in the future as it is only fair and I like to have time to visit.

Color me a very satisfied customer.

I know there are lots of variations on this, and my experience would not be universal. What if this were out of town for one of you, and repeat visits are very unlikely? What if the provider is really trying to scam some extra bucks and makes a scene? I think I know how I would reply to that one - give her as little as I think I can get away with and move one. Post a review mentioning extras and upselling. But it has not happened to me.

If this is a well reviewed, established provider, you make it clear that she is welcome to leave when the time is up and do not ask her for any time beyond what was agreed, then she is not expecting any more money for the extra time. You have been given a lovely gift, so be sure you appreciate it properly!

I know it is not true in my case - how could it be, but maybe she even likes you and is hoping this well seal the deal to see her again.

No, I didn't encourage her to stay. We were both enjoying a bottle of wine and just hanging out in bed talking about clients and the hobby.I lost track of time but we did have a round two, just not sure if that went into the second hour or not...if it did it wasn't by much.

Until I have seen her a few times. I was robbed once because I had extras cash. Never again. I screen like crazy and don't have a dime more than I plan on leaving when hobbying until I know she is trust worthy. The ladies in this hobby are about as trust worthy as the gents, many are very trustworthy but there is more than a few bad apples. I have seen one lady with out screening and that one robbed me. In Utah where I live upsell is rampant. I also want to avoid my little head thinking for me.

So she personally wanted to stay at your incall past the agreed time, and she wasn't expecting you to pay her for the extra hour?

I dont think a tip is required, a VERY nice gesture, but not required.

Seems as though she really likes your company and the money is just a plus.
