So I had two of my old colleagues recently retire. Both of them Englishmen, and have lived here for over 25 yrs.. Both older than me, and in their early 50s. Here is the rub... Both of them are leaving their life in United States, and moving to Philippines. Both of them have Filipino wives.. Yes, both know each other and are friends.. I got a surprise text from both of them the other day, asking if I were free to meet them at the "pub" (who says Pub..LOL)... Not knowing what it was I went, only to discover they were leaving the country at the end of the month..
It got me thinking.. There is some cheap pussy out there to be had. I mean for $100 you can probably get a Filipino to stay back the whole night. A couple of million American Dollars would go a long way in some of the poor Asian countries..
Do you see yourself living in a country like Thailand or Phillipines ? I personally don't.. No matter how cheap pussy is. Although I wasn't born here, and spent formative years of my life in South Asia, and moved to US as a teenager, I have been living here for 24 yrs now, and that's more than 50% of my life.. Well over 50%.

If anything I would consider extended vacations in certain places.
My concern would be medical care. Hopefully I'll be good but as I get older I like to be reasonably close to top-notch doctors and hospitals. Although who knows I may change my mind at some future point.

That's going to depend on where but if you are near any reasonably sized city -- which would be highly likely I suspect -- unless you need some really specialized treatment you will be fine. Read any of the expat retirement info and you'll hear for the most part (and certainly to any of the locations mentioned so far) medical and hospital services are quite good and modern and generally VERY affordable. You'll just choose a private room and pay about 1/3 of what you'd pay in the USA.
Like with most things (such as seeing a provider during COVID) you need to weigh your own risks in the context of your specific conditions.

Also, you don't need to go all the way to the Philippines, just fly on down to San Jose, Costa Rica, which is only around 5 hours away. That country is a primo spot for pussy from all over Central and South America and the Caribbean. And San Jose is at 4,000 feet so it's always temperate. Rents are cheap, whether for apartments or vaginas. If you want to go to the beach it's only 90 minutes away in Jaco, including a prime buffet of Latin American pussy.

Not Thai or Filipino, but I grew up in the Philippines and visited Thailand a few times. I wouldn’t move anywhere just for pussy unless where I lived was pussyless. I don't want to get into politics so this post is my first and last on the topic.
Biden has already done a lot of harm. I am a registered independent and was never loyal to any particular party. I vote for who I deem to be best and ignore the "D" or "R" after the name. Biden is just a disaster plus his obvious cognitive issues. He's been in politics for over 40 years and has been pretty useless. I think the Democrats won't article 25 him because Harris is so extremely unpopular and besides, then they would lose their tie-breaker in the Senate. A new VP would have to be approved by a majority of both the House and Senate and there is no way the Senate would allow her to be replaced. We'll see what happens in the mid-terms. Should be interesting.
And while I wasn't a huge fan of his, I don't see those "phobics" applying to Trump. I tend to dislike most politicians anyway. I have no use for any of them.

I spent 30 years travelling to Asia, Europe, South and Central America, and northern Africa. In general, if my life were a bit different (single), I would gladly retire to Asia, Eastern Europe, or Latin America. There are a lot of moderately priced locations where local women are happy to spend plenty of time with a wealthy American... at hourly, weekly, monthly, and even yearly rates. In addition to great sex, some of these places also have great weather, interesting things to do, good food, inexpensive and nice housing options, and decent medical care. Frankly, US medical care is not nearly as good as we like to think.
