In my limited experience combined with reading the reviews and posts here, it seems to be a general trend that providers under the age of, say...26, are lacking in professional attitude.

I think it's because they feel that having a younger body, in and of itself, automatically means they are halfway to getting a guy off, so they don't have to care about providing good service.  I don't mean that they have to offer Greek or BBBJ, just that they seem to be completely disinterested in the work, hold the clients in contempt, and have no problem showing it

Does anyone else see such a pattern?  If so, how would you explain it?

I'm certainly new to the hobby, and have limited experience, but I have not found that younger providers have lacked a professional attitude.  I have recently met a younger provider(I have my third appointment with her tomorrow), and she has had a fantastic attitude.  She is 20 years old, and is very, very attractive. In both of my sessions with her, she seemed very interested in focusing her attention on me, was very friendly, and was a great conversationalist.  I think  all providers and all sessions are different, but all I can comment on are my limited experiences and I have not seen the trend that you speak of.

One (of many) possible reasons I can think of:

The large age gap between provider/client.  Some may have issues with clients old enough to be their dad/granddad/etc.

I find that many gentlemen are surprised at how "well I make love" because of my age. I have had it said that most girls who are

Young, relatively in shape, and very pretty only know how to F**K.

That in and of itself does not make a bad session, sometimes I feel like doing just that myself but in my opinion the younger women who have all the criteria of a "hottie" think more of themselves than of the person they are with.

I recently had a few providers come to my incall and I could tell they were a little surprised as to how nice it is. I kept thinking to myself that you have to spend money to make money.

Case in point I believe in being that fantasy and I don't think that the younger women realize that the more they cater to the fantasy and push their ego out the door the more calls they will get. This hobby is not about the ego it's about the service. You may see a woman who has all 10's in looks but rated at a 6 or below drop off fairly quickly, while a woman who is rated a 5 or 6 or 7 but has 8,9, 10 for performance stays around.

I think the ones who receive those scores have something the others don't, maturity and business sense.

I suggest that there are a large number of younger providers entering the business without the knowledge or maturity to succeed over a long period of time, or perhaps they soon find out that this business isn't for them.  By the time they are, say 26 in your example, the more professional providers are still around, and the others are in a different business.  So, we in the hobby are more likely to run into a non-professional younger provider than a non-professional older provider.

That being said, over the last 10 months that I have been active here, two weeks ago I had one of my best experiences ever with a provider that may not been of legal drinking age, probably 20 years old.  I chose to meet with her partially because I was attracted to her physical beauty from her pictures, but also because of the professional and mature manner in which she presents herself on her website and in her TER board posts. I could tell she was a thoughtful person, and she, in fact, put a lot of thought and energy into our session, as opposed to just letting her young body take care of things.

You're probably right, but who among us was as professional at 21 as we were at 35? You really have to expect a roll of the dice with younger women. That said, I've had some great young'uns.

I think younger providers get overwhelmed by the number of calls they get. Easy money for them if they can get a few good reviews.  I've tried contacting a real sweetie and left my message for her to call back on multiple days and you guessed it, no return call.  I'm still trying though.

I am seeing three favorites at this time who all impress me greatly with their mature attitude, some more so than some middle age gals I've known.

I suppose it is only natural that a younger person will be, in general, less mature about the buisness because with time comes that sense of maturity.

I think back sometimes to how I acted in my business and shudder at the know-it-all-ness that I could display.  Fortunately I had some good mentors to mellow me out over time.

As MrFisher stated earlier, we were all less mature when we were younger. With maturity comes wisdom and patience. Combine those with some actual experience, and you've got the makings of a first-class provider.  Or hobbyist.

  Some of the younger gals seem to pick up on this earlier than most, but generally, a more mature provider will take her time, and use her experience to make the session more enjoyably for both.

I have been with some very young women in the biz who started out with a madam... and they tend to be very professional... and to a fault are a delight to be with.  I have also encountered older ladies who - to be blunt - are not professional...  

What I find appealing are ladies who come to this profession, and see it as such.  They offer  a very relaxing time... they can be pornstars, or ordinary providers... does not matter... what does matter is their attitude... good attitude = great session... with no hassles...  and that is what I like.... hassle free!

Age?  a number... at least in the hobby, I have found that civies are a whole other story...  but that is another thread somewhere down there!

I mostly see providers in their late 20's.  They seem to have a good balance of youthfulness and maturity.  Two of the providers I saw were in their early 30's, and they were just as good.  However, I can see why some people might have a gripe with younger providers.  At one point, I tried scheduling with providers in the 18 to 24 range.  As you might have guessed, my experience was abysmal.  But when I switched to the slightly older 25 to 32 range, things went much more smoothly (I'm talking about scheduling, lol).

Although I live in the Northeast, I regularly travel to the mid-west, and it looks as if we had similar wonderful experiences with Marea!  (You must be currently moderated, because I did not see your post until after I made my comments below.)

Yes, it sounds like we have had similar wonderful experiences with Marea!  She is wonderful!

I agree that I approach this as my profession and take it extremely seriously.. I have worked in service jobs my entire life (well, five out of my whole 20 years ), mainly restaurant work like waitressing and hostessing, and I think that in this hobby, a professional service attitude combined with warmth and personal connection make for the perfect blend GFE

I know what you mean about age.  I've seen providers in their 30s and above who are unprofessional too, but I think the tendency is more concentrated among the younger providers.

3) Those that don't need to act at all because they love what they do.

Now, granted all types can have a bad day. And there are many other factors that affect a successful encounter.

Age has some effect but then everyone grows and learns at different rates. Women seem to continually mature sexually at younger and younger ages (thanks to our pop culture), but what is needed for a higher probability of a successful encounter is someone that has matured professionally.

Some guys place higher weighting factors on looks so naturally they will gravitate toward the younger providers.

My advice, keep looking for those category THREE ladies who are as old and as “mature” as yours eyes will happily tolerate.

I am sure there are thousands of “retired” ladies that could send you around the world if you would only volunteer to put the bag on YOUR head.

Women GENERALLY (that is, almost always) are picky & snotty inversely with their age, and there are several independent considerations.

1st is just general maturity - which applies to us all.  2nd is demand, and 3rd is that women generally find themselves having more at stake than a few seconds of cum.

IOW, if you want a civvie to treat you well, you don't date the 19 year old, you go for the 39 year old.

So this is the D'oh Dept.

Next question is, why do you live with it?  And the answer is, hecause you're thinking with your dick.

People think Viagra was a major break-through, but that's a complete misconception.  What would be a major breakthrough is Anti-viagra, that would make you limp and uncaring for a definite time, long enough to make sensible decisions.  Family courts would be out of business in a month.

It is a shame that some young providers don't behave in a professional way.
But there are lots of young providers who do and i think it all depends on how they grew up and what experiences they had in their lives.

The quicker you mature (in your head) the more professional way you will deal with everything in your life.
Generalisation is great because there are always exceptions to the rule...

I am 25 and i have been a provider for almost 3 years now. I have been quite professional from the day i started because i cared about the feedback i got as well as the reputation i was building up. Maybe that is the key?!

There are some older providers who have bad attitudes.

I wonder if it doesn't have more to do with her being a high mileage provider instead of just once in a while on the side. From what some of my gentleman friends have shared with me, providers who see a high number of clients in a day tend to be a bit more mechanical and less enthusiasic about providing in general.

Just a thought.

If a woman stays in this profession beyond her 20s, it's because she really wants to and feels it is her calling. Her clients reap the rewards.
