Orgasm with you, it doesn't mean she isn't fully engaged or enjoying the moment. I count myself lucky that I'm multi orgasmic, but I rarely orgasm from oral alone. That doesn't mean that I don't enjoy every second of it. The same goes for those rare days where I just don't come at all.
