3. The dumbasses that will think that the pics are of providers and will constantly post, PM, or bug the mods about where her reviews are.
4. Legit models may have an issue with their pics being put up on a hooker site.

There's another board I follow (unrelated to this) that had a similar issue of He-Men vs Manginas (they used different terms but that's the concept).  Threads devolved into a lot of what we see here and it became less about content and more about bitching and the women-folk took to the hills like they've done here.  However it came about, a change took place where if someone wanted to post something that they thought might be perceived as mangina-ish, they attached a pic (implanted in the thread, not a link) of some hottie in minimal clothing.  That way the He-Men could at least be entertained with the eye candy and ended up caring less about the estrogen-filled nature (their opinion) of the post.  The overall tone of the place improved, the ladies came back (even enjoyed posting pics of their own hotties) and the content returned.

This is NOT about just creating threads based on hot pics, but on finding a way to keep everyone somewhat happy while topics get discussed that not everyone cares for.  If the content doesn't do it, maybe the pic will.  

For our purposes, the rule would have to be NO PROVIDER PICS. Only published models.  This isn't about shilling anyone or trying to affect business.  It's just fun eye candy.  I would also suggest that the model be named in the post so no one gets deluged with PMs asking who the girl is.  You guys can decide to do it or not... I have no idea if it will work in this forum.

To imbed a pic, find one on the net that you like (I googled images of Katie), click it until you get a link for it (Katie's is http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-9QW4QvSF1tg/TcVtvM9tJxI/AAAAAAAADhI/IA4wFzyWlDc/s1600/Katie-Price-11.jpg).  It has to end in a .jpg or .bmp.  Then copy and paste it into the "Picture URL" slot at the bottom of a reply.  

If the total non-techie me can do this, grampies can too!  

Your posts almost always are sensible (as are Reagan Moore's; you two are great on the board), but this idea, well, I really don't get it.  Meaning, I understand it but doubt it would work.  On the one hand, I'm happy to look at hot pix of gals like Katie Price.  But do you really think a pic like that is going to keep any of the Super Macho Flamers from shitting all over a post the deem to be from a he-cunt?  I can't see why it would.  So, while I appreciate the thought and agree less flaming would improve the board, I just don't think this is workable.  If you and the mods want to try it I'll play along, but I don't like your odds.

I just know it worked on another board.  I understand that if someone is intent on being a jackass, no amount of pretty titties is going to stop them.  I can hope, though, that if the minor jackasses are distracted by pics then they might go a little easier on folks.  Besides, its something of a peace offering from the 'mangina' crowd.  If there's even a 20% increase in civility and content, I'd count it a raging success.  

Besides, I happen to dislike it when folks just bitch about something but have nothing constructive (however far fetched) to offer as a solution.  You know, that whole "Man in the Mirror" and "BE the change you want to see in the world" thing...  This idea may not take off, but I have at least made an attempt to bring about the change I'd like to see, which is more than most He-Men can say.  Gee, maybe I'm an *alpha*!  lol

I'm beginning to see how it could work.  My analogy is, you have a crying baby and you distract it by shaking a rattle in its face.  Kelly would be the rattle.  She might stop me from crying.  The problem then would be drool.

And if you look at your posts over the last year or so I doubt you will find many of those "manly men" commenting on your posts/thread.  Let alone post (in a negative way) using their handle vs an alias.

As I commented earlier, most of these "manly men" (at least in their own minds) are intimidated by smart women.  And when you post, your intelligence just exudes throughout.  I would also expect that if you were in a Corporate environment, you would have those same kinds of problems (from those "manly men" again) where the guys will cry that you got the promotion instead of them...and only because you have "tits".  

Many of the gals I have seen have been nice gals and provided very efficiently.  But there have been a few that are also "alpha females" as yourself.  And that has been, to say the least, an eye opening experience on so many levels.  Unfortunately they did post at one time, but due to such negativity, again from those "manly men", they (as you pointed out) have ceased to be part of this community.  A shame really as they had some very interesting thoughts.  But rather than have idiotic silliness flaming over and over, they just moved on.

Hopefully you (and the other gals like you...and they are out there) can inject your thoughts and ideas into this board.  Otherwise, as many have pointed out, it is all too often resembling that 4th grade recess that most of us disliked.

If that's the way you feel, why the fuck are you posting under an alias?  Second of all, if you really knew anything about my alias posts, none, repeat none of them are used to flame providers or yell at anybody for being a pussy.  Most of them are used on the P&R board.  And in many cases, like DrunkenAsian, I out myself because I'm using them for humorous purposes.
