Sorry, I'm getting a touchy feeling about why you are partial about DATY. You can dick around all you want without giving oral sex. Not that is anything wrong with it. First I will say, if you are seeing ladies you will not go down on then maybe you need to think about your selection process a little.

As far as the number of people, I don't even think about it.

It is a cleanliness issue more than anything else...for both people.
