A very close friend of mine who is married and does not play in this world had a massive heart attack on Saturday night as he was on top of his wife making love. I will not get into the details as it is irrelevant. He weighs about 300 pounds and she can't be more than 150 herself. She had a tough time rolling him off of her. She of course immediately called 911 and he is in serious condition and is expected to be fine. They will do more tests etc....

Remember there was a movie a while back called "Private Benjamin" with Goldie Hawn? (tells you how old I am, eh?). It began with her getting married which was quickly followed by her husband on top of her pounding away, then him cumming and dying.  

Hopefully, the lady will do the right thing, call 911.  Then call the front desk so they can direct the first responders.  Prop the door open, on the catch. Then provide first aid to the best of her ability & qualifications.  As soon as the person is recieving care, I suggest the lady bolt for the bathroom & hope her clothes are in there.

I think I made some joke about being old and the subject came up of guys having a heart attack during sex.   She casually mentioned that it was something she worried about with her older clients and, having a science background, she decided to get a defibrillator for her incall.   It seemed kind of extreme to me and it was an outcall so I couldn't verify but still I think it is a worry.

But I am prepared. I have CPR, and first responder training. Carry a fully stocked first aid kit in my truck with defibrillator, and I mean fully stock. And I always have a phone on me and an emergency phone in the truck.

My ATF reminded me of that incident when I were talking about this thread earlier today.

While this wouldn't be much fun for the lady. Honestly I can't think of a better way to go...

He must have been in his late 70s. He was little old grand father married to a little old grandmother with grown kids and grandchildren.  
He rented a small apartment in South Philly which he used to put out a magazine called BAD (black and dominant) with stories and pictures and for as much sex as he could get (Which I believe was a lot and involved him being sat upon and "forced" to provide oral service to one or preferably more very very big black ladies whom he found irresistible.)    
One day, while being involved with two of his very very large black ladies, he experienced sudden death.  
The ladies were no fools and they promptly called the police.  The cops came, saw the situation took the ladies' information and shooed them away and called my friend's wife.  He had an autopsy which showed his death to be of natural causes so the ladies involved were off the hook and never mentioned to the family.  
I found out because he was my friend and because the two ladies were friends and colleagues of one of my regular ladies (and is still --twenty five years after I last saw her--one of my all time favorites.).    
My friend's wife never suspected tho at the funeral, she did say to me:  
"I wonder what he needed that place in South Philly for.

One of the few that never has a bad word to say ABOUT anyone ...
I think ...lol.  

There have been other newsworthy cases of escorts refusing to do anything to help their guests and even cases where they took measures to try to protect themselves FIRST by removing evidence or making the health situation worse. A provider in CA brought drugs (maybe at the client's request) to a session and the guy had a bad reaction to the drugs. As he lay dying, she started removing evidence and wiping away her fingerprints and she fled the scene. She could have saved his life. Nope. ... They eventually caught and prosecuted her but I forget the verdict.  
 
If something happens, at least call 911. Provide help and assistance if you can. Even if responders choose to press charges it's what, a misdemeanor? If something worse happens and there's an attempted cover-up or gross neglect, the resulting charges could be much worse

but i love lazy dog position, but given that if someone have bad heart condition, that's not a good idea either.
