If a provider truly cares about her business (which most of the TER ladies do), she should ALWAYS be looking at ways to improve her overall level of service. In any business you have to continue to re-invent your self and strive to be better. Providers are no different in this respect.  

While the ladies don’t sit there after a session and say, "I'll give the hobbyist a 4 for looks and 6 for performance", I am sure they think about the pros and cons of a particular session and act accordingly. Was I on time? Did the hobbyist like my attire? How was the conversation? Did the session flow naturally from the initial banter to the sex? Did he seem to have a good time or was he frustrated because we didn’t engage in a particular act? How did he act after the session; i.e. did he want to leave immediately or was he willing to chat for a bit?

You can’t stand still in business. So the successful providers prob. are always looking at ways to keep their clients happy...and for them to make a repeat visit!

But the ladies who really care about their business are always trying to keep on top of their game. I repeat with a couple of very good providers regularly and they both ask me for a customer's POV quite often on everything from wardrobe to conversation topics to locations and anything else you can think of.
Another thing that all good providers understand is that, through no fault of their own, they will not hit a home run every time. Some guys just want more than a lady is willing to offer or the connection just isn't there. A seasoned lady wants you to leave happy but she also knows when she has held up her end and knows when it's time to just move on.

I know when I do something and give it 100%,
I am happy. As someone previously said you won't be able to please everyone and to think you can and then beat yourself up afterwards if you don't, is to my mind very counter productive. I strive to do one thing...treat my friends as I would want to be treated in the same circumstance.

At the end of the day my friends are happier and I am that much more fiscally sound. I think smiles all round....

No, seriously: I always feel like I give it my best shot. Or, should I say, "they get their best shot (on the tummy, in the condom, in the --Oops! What the heck am I saying?)."  What is weird to me -- and to a lot of other providers from what I have heard -- is when we have been told we're the hottest things on the planet then get a 7 or 8 on appearance.
