They are seeking providers outside of their norm (looks, body type, services, etc.) and they don't want their reviewed ladies to see that, or even their "board friends."

They are seeking ferish stuff outside their norm.

They are looking for TS, couples, MMF, or other things outside their norm.

I do remember reading one person on here wanting to do a back to back appointment with 2 different ladies and when the first lady saw his ISO, she freaked out on him and thought he was gonna cancel the appointment. It could be to reduce drama like that from happening

No need to make a separate post correcting a typo.  I mean, c'mon, man, someone as well-versed in all things TER has GOT to know this.  So why? I guess we must assume by the time you noticed the typo, the edit option had expired?

Agree with PS.  Additionally, many guys want separation between the screening process and the review process.  They don't want to use their TER ID's for screening.  Having TER ID's as part of the screening process has the potential to create too many conflicts of interest and bias the review process (inflated reviews/review manipulation/guys writing favorable reviews to gain favor from ladies that they see in their local area, etc.).  A lot of guys joke, for instance, that you have to deduct at least a point from the averages of many of the ladies from smaller markets if you want to compare them to ladies of larger markets.  Also, some guys just want to screw around on the boards and not have to worry about offending someone or being concerned that what they say here may impact who they see.  So they use an alias for the sole purpose of ISO posts and once they get a response if they are interested divert them to P411.

These are just my opinions.  Regarding how a provider knowing her dates TER handle could influence reviews:
1) A reviewer may not want his review to be traceable or associated with his screening information or basically with the encounter.  If his TER handle is part of the screening, then that makes it difficult (he could write a review with his alias within 90 days).  If a guy knows that a lady can clearly associate (screening/profile information) to the review, then consciously and/or subconsciously, he is probably going to review her more positively and less honestly than he would if the review was completely anonymous.  Is a guy going to be less than cordial with a lady that is probably going to talk with other ladies that he may want to see in his area even if his experience with her wasn't that great?

2) Yes.  Ladies may not want to see the guy for any number of reasons after reading his reviews.  He grades too hard.  He is too hard to please.  He reviews too many ladies.  He reviewed a lady that she doesn't like.  He reviewed a very low end provider.  Maybe he posted something somewhere that rubbed someone the wrong way.  Maybe she doesn't like his religious views or views on something.

Why would a Provider have a "jealous streak"?
Jeez!  We are all adults here folks, no?

Isn't the vary existence of this hobby due to
persons {both men and women} desiring "strange"?

There's enough Gents to visit everyone!

What man needs a another possessive, jealous
woman in his life?
{unless that's your "turn-on"? }
I surmise, most have that at home?

"Can't we all just get along?"  ;)

But jealousy definitely exists in this hobby. There are tons of stories about jealous providers getting upset when they read reviews someone wrote about other providers, not giving references because she wants him to see her instead, calling a client after getting a reference request, and asking "Why don't you come see me instead?" Also getting upset over ISO posts.

You are right that jealousy should not exist in this business. The fact that it shouldn't exist certainly does not mean it doesn't exist! People here are humans with human emotions.

Another point: Jealousy in this business doesn't necessarily mean that the providers are in love with the client and doesn't want him having sex with other women. It's mostly about business, and someone taking away their business. That kind of jealousy happens in all businesses too.
