If she hasn't put out yet with the kind of money you have given her then she has no intention to.  She knows you won't force the issue and uses that to get paid for teasing you.  I'm also going to go out on a limb and say the reason she didn't communicate with you for so long earlier this year is because she found someone else to support her financially.  When that person moved on she came back to you to keep some money coming in.

If this post is real and I have no reason to assume it is not because I have seen 2 similar situations like this before.  You have to do the following immediately.

*  Cut ALL contact with this woman NOW.  You may need to get a new phone with a new # and a new email.  Will explain more below.

*  Get a therapist immediately.  You may have to try a couple before you get the right one.  They are just like any other service provider (some good some bad).  

You left out something in this post and that is your business.  But the part you left out is what is causing you to spend thousands NOT SOME PRETTY GIRL.  She is the symptom of the problem.
