(I'm sure we'll see bbbj a lot LOL) Do you decide based solely on her apperance? If so, what is the one thing you must have? Or do you simply make the plunge because her reviews are glowing?
I know, I'm a question box, but after reading a few of the regional boards here, all these things came to mind. They say, curiousity killed the cat and satisfaction brought it back so, let's see if it's true hhehehehe.

My personal criteria is that she needs to be pretty, with good reviews. From there, each additional good item gets bonus points. BBBJ gets a plus, since you asked (lol) as does personality. In my case, being able to be compatible with my schedule is also a big positive.

I am 55, and my few provider experiences have been 20, 25, and 40. My main criteria now as I've gotten a little experience is reviews, require mostly 9's on performance with solid GFE confirmation. Looks is second criteria- has to be a body type I'm particularly attracted to.
Age- while I have no set limits, anyone under 30 must have stellar reviews on gfe so I won't feel too awkward being so much older. All other factors equal, I prefer 30-40 due to my age.
Menu- not a big factor for me as long as full service is offered. I know bbbj/cim seems to be important to many hobbyists.
Using alias as I don't want "63" to know who I am or that I know her real age.

I read reviews as my main source of information about looking for a provider. I made some bad choices when I began hobbying several months ago before finding TER. After I read reviews, I look at the provider's website and see if I can get an idea of her personality from that.
I tend to prefer younger providers, and gfe is very important to me. That tends to include many of the menu items that a lot of hobbyists want. Physical appearance is important to me, too. There is a certain body type I like, so I look for that. Once I have this information I am ready to contact the provider. Whether I see her again depends on how the session goes. Also, I sometimes enjoy a couple of emails back and forth leading up to the session. Nothing obsessive, but I think it can build the anticipation of the upcoming session if we can have some email contact between sessions. I think that we hobbyists have to remember that menu items may or may not be offered every session or to every hobbyist.

After some experimentation, I've settled on BBBJ and DFK being required and most everything else is substitutable depending on my mood at the time. CIM is certainly not a requirement and doesn't influence my decision.
I would never consider seeing someone if her reviews did not indicate that she was an interesting and personable lady who enjoys the time she spends with her clients. Because of this I tend to visit women in their 30's, though not exclusively.
My choices in terms of body style and looks tend to vary widely, so they are not a predictor.
I have an age preference-early 30's on up, and an ethnic preference (Asian or South American). Menu is not critical as long as she is GFE and well reviewed.
Optimally, I would choose a woman based on meeting her at a party. Then I would discover in person that she is sexy, gorgeous, and fun to talk to. Of course, that describes how I chose you!
But, in general, if that doesn't happen, age has very little to do with my choice. Good looks are a strong consideration. Model material is not required, but attractive is. uniqueness. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so obviously anyone I've seen and reviewed I find very attractive physically.
In terms of age, I prefer someone who has experienced life and has something unique to offer during our cuddle time. I'll discuss most anything, but I hate conversational phoniness. I like hearing about the lady's life, travel, beliefs, etc.
As far as menu is concerned, the only thing which must be on the menu is DATY. I could forgo BBBJ, LFK/DFK, multiple positions, etc, as long as I know I will have a nice unrushed time of DATY. Although pheremones cannot be smelled, I know the impact the female ones have on me, and they draw me to an incredible desire to DATY. Not being able to do that would be like a starving man looking at a nice meal, not being allowed to eat it.
For appearance, I prefer hair at least shoulder length. And, I want to see a picture of her smile (which is the best thing a women can wear!)
I may sound like a romantic, but so be it. The 'Hollywood' types don't do it for me.
Finally, a nice email 'personality' will 'seal the deal' for me. I prefer a few emails back and forth. I usually like to arrange a date for a few hours when time permits, and having some email exchanged before hand is a nice prelude to it. I've decided against seeing some 9/10 ladies because they can't even give more than a one or two sentence response. For $$$$-$$$$$$$ an hour, you'd think they'd find a few minutes for serious gentlemen who like to repeat.
I usually end up seeing ladies between 30 and 45. In my opinion, they're the best and the best-looking too. But to be fair, if I find a provider attractive and she's of legal age, I'd have no problem seeing a woman (or girl) of any age.
I usually take appearance over performance. I'm not looking for a 9 or 10 every time, but if the reviews ALL state that she's a 5 or 6, I'll probably pass. Performance is somewhat less important, because I do most of the work anyway (come on, let's be honest guys). As long as she's getting 6s and up, I'm fine with it. But I absolutely will not see anyone who doesn't kiss, so DFK is mandatory. So is DATY. BJs are much less important to me, and I don't care if it's covered or not; I often won't even partake in the BJ at all.
I prefer brunettes. I will see a blonde if she's unusually attractive, but it hasn't happened in over two years. Redheads are ok. I usually go for white or Latina. I have nothing against Asian or black providers, but I haven't found one yet that I'm particularly attracted to. Tall or short makes no difference to me. Hair-length makes no difference either. Tattoos are okay, piercings are okay, implants are fine. I will not see a provider with less than a D-cup, and I don't care if it's natural or artificial. I prefer voluptuous women to thin ones, but facial attractiveness is MUCH more important than her body.

I actually pay attention to what someone writes on the boards or in their adds. Then I will go see what they look like. Then I'll check their reviews. Age isn't really a factor. But if she comes across as someone I can talk with and at a minimum not be put off by, then I'll possibly initiate contact via email and see where it goes. But if an 18 yr old can spell, put a sentence together, and is hot, she is on the menu; even though like some others I probably get along better with the 30+ crowd. Again, if a young lady doesn't make me feel like a lecherous old bastard then I'll go for it and have had a great time in the past.

Menu and reviews first. I really enjoy DFK and DATY so that's a must. BBBJ is preferred but not necessary. I've had CBJs that were fantastic. Reviews will describe all that stuff, but I also like to know what kind of personality I can expect to meet.
As for looks, I don't require "model material" but I like the women to be attractive. As long as they are not morbidly obese or extremely skinny, I'll consider seeing them.
I tend to gravitate toward the 25-35 age range. I will see someone older than that if she meets the other criteria. If I ever saw anyone younger, she'd have to have really good reviews. I've already spent too much time and money on younger providers who lack professionalism to TOFTT just based on youth.
I also prefer natural over plastic. I've seen two providers who had implants and made it work, but I generally don't like the look or feel.
And there's also price: I have not had to go over $400 and I would rather not. I understand that at some point, rising costs might make it impossible to see quality providers below $500 but I'm hoping that's a little ways off.

Many factors come into play for me. My favorites have been over 30 though. Solid reviews with DFK and BBBJ are a must most of the time. Price is also a factor when giving up those options. I will see a gorgeous Korean girl that does not kiss and does cbj on occasion.
Appearance is very important to me. I'm attracted to girls with low body fat and are petite.
I also like the girls to have a bit of life experience and have found that mainly in women over 30+.

What a disservice you do to yourself and to ladies like me!
I am 41, and when I used to post my age, I did nothing but have to explain that I am REALLY 41. When I take my daughter and grandbaby out in public, I do nothing but argue with people that yes SHE REALLY is my daughter, and that the baby REALLY isn't mine, lol.
I could lie to you guys, but I understand some are able to see past a number and appreciate a good time with me regardless. These are my clients and I love them!
As to many years in the biz equaling too much mileage...~shaking my pretty little head~. Reality is some do, some don't. Some of us are low quantity, always have been, and always will be:}

As for me, I have found that 25 to 35 is probably ideal. I am 45 and do not have much in common with those in the 18 to 25 age group and I actually like to talking with my dates. Over 40 is too close to my own age. As far as menu is concerned, Not offering BBBJ is not a deal breaker, but all things being equal I would usually choose a lady that does offer it over one who does not. GFE and good reviews are absolute necessary.
I often now see providers whose writing on this or other boards makes me feel like I will be very simpatico towards them and vice versa.
This has proven to be a very reliable indicator of satisfaction.

Your mileage may very - but I think MOST of the world accepts oral sex (both ways) as a normal and enjoyable part of an intimate relationship.
It would be interesting to find a reputable study that gave the percentage of relationships where BJs were off the menu, my guess is a very small percentage.

I stray to ladies 40+. I’ve seen a few 60+ and rocked my world! I’ve been lucky in seeing younger ladies but it’s not my preference.
