I think many of us are more interested in performance than looks but I'll admit that the experience, at least for me, is enhanced with a woman who is physically attractive. The fantasy of having great sex with a beautiful woman, skilled in several ways and allowing me to enjoy the experience is the perfect "10" scenario.

Someone who only gets 10s could have pressured the guys or the guy didn't want to be the one who gave her a lower score. It could be honest. It could be that some guys always give 10s.  

Some guys are very critical and will write what sounds like a 10 and give a 6. You can figure that one out by reading the review. You can also look at what types of scores he gives out. Some are bent on giving a 5 no matter what.

The best advice that most guys give is to read the details. If there are questions, pm the reviewer.

Sometimes you may even read a review where the girl got a 10 but the details didn't seem like a 10. Some guys don't write reviews very well.

Make sure reviews are not by someone who did only one review.

I just consider everything.  If I were only looking at numbers, a 7 or above would work for me.  But I think a provider's overall attitude and the way she treats her clients is the number one thing I try to glean from reviews.

In this age of "grade inflation" does this read like a 7-7 experience to you?

So to answer your question, NO. I don't look for any kind of minimum average score. Quite frankly an unbroken string of solid 10-10 reviews will make me more skeptical than anything. I will concede that any 5's or 6's thrown into the mix does make me highly skeptical that I will want to book with a provider, unless of course they are "outlier" reviews sandwiched in between a bunch of glowing reviews, but sometimes even then it shows there might be something "off" with a lady at certain times. There was a thread here not long back which showed an otherwise well reviewed woman wasn't able to hold her booze and it resulted in some very bad reviews thrown in amongst her good ones.

Personally, I don't trust the opinions of the average reviewer where it comes to looks, I look at the lady's pic's, make up my own mind and then look to see if the reviews agree that her pics are real. OTOH. in the review I linked. I have seen one of the girls and I can't imagine her only getting a TER 7. So I suppose there is no accounting for taste.

Where it comes to performance, I read the profile to make sure the important things to me are on the menu, BBBJ and DFK being at the top of my list, and then I skim a couple of reviews to see if her overall attitude appears to be good. I rarely if ever concern myself with the "blow by blow" details in the review, they are often just works of fiction and quite frankly they bore me.

...but just one of the many factors to take into consideration when considering whether to book with a particular provider. I recognize that ratings are just numbers and are somewhat subjective in their application, it does give me a sense of her appearance and performance.

Appearance is important, of course, but whether she is attractive to me is quite subjective. But the relationship between those two numbers is important to me, since I value performance more than appearance.

The ideal scenario for me is to see a woman whom I feel is quite attractive and then see that her performance rating is even higher than her appearance rating. I then read all of reviews, look at the history and style of the clients reviewing her, check out her website, board presence, etc.

All factors in deciding whether to see her -- what I'm looking for is a woman who generally approaches a session with a bit more joie de vivre than it merely being a transaction. I'm hoping for some level of connection, even if it's no more than us both being enthusiastic playmates.

I have never seen Charlie, but I have seen Asian Bea and as our buddy lopaw will attest there is nothing "sevenish" about either her looks or performance. That little girl is insatiable.

I really HATE the new policy changes. I just recently spoke to a client who was pretty pissed that he had to limit his review score because he wasn't into greek at all. I think the way the review criteria worked before was perfectly fine. "Services provided" are a two way street... clients can choose whether they want a service or not. It's all good tho... next time I get a guy who doesn't like DFK I'm going to have to say "open your mouth, I need a 10" lol.

Sierra, you raise an important point. I'd think there are more than a few clients who aren't into some of the activities that are being heavily pushed with the changes.

I focus more on the performance score ( which is a 2 way street by the way) than the appearance. I will take a 7/8 appearance with a 9/10 performance score any day of the week.  10/10s are obviously the gold standard. I have seen several 7/9s and 8/10s and I have never been disappointed. For some reason I have encountered very few 10/7s!

After all, you can drown crossing a river that is only one foot deep on average.

likewise, I look at all the scores (and more importantly, the actual reviews), and if I see consistency, then that speaks of a more positive experience than seeing someone with wildly varying scores.  I don't want to risk seeing her on one of her off days, after all.

People seem to just skim over reviews/websites/provider advertisements... Do the research!!!  

I just received a low score from someone who obviously doesn't do his research... I never advertise myself superficially nor do I photoshop my pictures but because of his lack of research & laziness I have to pay for it with a low review.. It's funny how people get to review in looks/performance all while they should look in the mirror to how we would review or judge them... But I'm gonna put my pride aside & take the low blows like an adult!!!  

I'm not gonna Blacklist or whatever "upset providers" do... I had a feeling I shouldn't of met this person especially when one of his references stated he was a creeper but I like role play sessions, oh well I will know next time to go with my instinct!!!  

I'm not a fucking bbw, I weight 168pd at 5ft 10inchs, I cover my tummy area because I have a fucking scare that's ugly from my stomach cancer surgery!!! Maybe this  guy thought I would me 5'ft & a hundred pounds since I'm ASIAN...  DO YOUR DAMN RESEARCH!!!

At 168lbs you weigh just a little bit less than the duo who's review I linked above, and I bet at about 4' 9" apiece, one of them could look you right in the eye if she were to ride on the other's shoulders. lmao

and yes, even I will confess you are not BBW at your height and weight. You would hardly be described as skinny, but I think the descriptor "average" build is the correct one for you. Maybe he thought you were 4' 10" and 68 lbs instead of 5' 10" and 168??? lol

I'm not the average Asian & I never proclaim to be nor do I want to be..  But I'm human so it makes me upset cause I give a 200% at my job!!!

I look for mostly 9's from some trusted reviewers, as well as sufficient reviews to rely on my go/no go conclusion! A few 8's or 10's in the mix are acceptable as well. If there are low outliers like several 6's in looks or performance, I scan those reviews to see why the low rating. For example , if several reviewers comment that the girl was much thicker than the photos, I will probably take a pass. I also check a few of the 9/10 reviews to make sure the provider delivers all of the services I desire! Finally, I take all of these anecdotal tidbits to make the final "go / no go" decision! I definitely find satisfaction in the improvement in my choices over time!

Often, the performance score is higher than the appearance score but that is not how I search.

I always rate my lady friends on a 100 point scale, rather than a 10 point scale. In the early street walker days my sessions averaged in the 20s. When I moved up to amps, my sessions averaged in the 40s. In between all that were the visits to the Nevada brothels. Those sessions averaged in the 50s. Every once in awhile an amp or brothel might get into the high 60s. One time a new brothel lady didn't know she wasn't supposed to kiss. I got lucky, and she got a higher score. Then came the advent of the internet sites. The early internet sessions were actually very hit and miss, but they were just a little better than the brothels for average score. The early internet sites didn't have reviews.  

Then came the sites with reviews. At first, with all the eye candy to choose from, I'd try to book with whomever any chance I got. Those sessions were in the 50s, and 60s, and there were a fair number of no shows. After one particular no show, I decided that was it. I was only going to see ladies who had strictly high scores. One no show review, and I passed them by. The internet review scores had to be mostly 10s, with the occasional 9. Ever since then my sessions have been averaging in the mid to high 90s. I've also had three perfect 100 sessions. I didn't think perfection on TER was possible. Was I surprised. My 100 point scoring system is 9/10ths performance, and 1/10th looks. So yes, the TER average review scores are extremely important.
