Anybody got one? Any ladies been with one? I've got a friend that got one about 3 years ago (diabetes) about 13 years ago we used to laugh and all say we wanted one (guys at work). Now I don't think they are not uncommon especially for medical conditions. Any comments welcome.

I have seen a few gentlemen who required a penis pump. With a bit of patience and understanding, things went very nicely.

If you don't need one though, don't bother.

Probably used a lot less now due to ED meds.

There are different sized acrylic tubes - I have two small tubes for the nipples.  See my next review - #100.  I've submitted it and its just a matter of TER approval now.  Its not just equipment, but technique is important for a man with pump action suction.

I'm talking about the implanted pump that you push a button in your nuts to inflate and push it again to deflate
