For some reason, it makes me paranoid, but if it makes the reference situation easier, --?--  Are you put off by a lack of white list references or is it just too soon to tell?

I have had a few clients actually ask me to add them to the white list as it does make it easier for them to book appts.  Also a provider can look someone up on the listing and see who has listed them and contact that person if they wish.

I don't take the white listing lightly and only list clients who a) either wish to be listed or b) use me as a reference on an occasional basis or c) I've seen enough to be confident enough to list them.

But, I also feel that if a gent does not wish to be whitelisted.. he should tell any provider he meets about his preference and she should respect it.

I think one reason, at least out here in NoCal is that so few providers use TER.  I've asked two providers to whitelist me and they didn't have a clue because they don't have membership here.

The Mighty Dollar :) you must be a VIP provider to make one and a VIP hobbyist to get one.

and those who are not on the list will feel bad. So no, I don't care one way or the other. Wink!

It is about the dollar. You don't have to be a VIP to either have a white list or as a provider add to someone's white list.

Is he on time?  A gentleman?  Paid as agreed??

I have had girls that start out saying, "yeah, I know him..." but once I probe further with my three typical questions, they might say "well, count your money upfront...he likes to short" or "well, he has stood me up a few times..."

There are some girls that will continue to see guys when they do such things, so I like probe to see if they meet *my* criteria.

Also, I like to know how long ago it was when the girl met with the gent last.  Another thing that the whitelist does not include.

but personally I don't white list anyone who doesn't meet those qualifications.  I guess its up to every provider to decide what criteria she uses and there is no control over what criteria a provider uses.

Also when giving a reference I always make a point of answering the three questions you have asked.. just as a matter of courtesy. I honestly don't feel that the provider asking for the reference should have to "extract" the information from me.. it should be given freely.
