I couldn't possibly agree more, this is an incredibly dumb move by said verification site, especially in light of the fact that they are only popular in what can be called "TER territory"

but I rather have that old layout than this new layout.Hard to navigate profiles appear and then disappear.
And the option to write a review doesn't make any sense.They should have just left it the way it is.
I will not be using that site too bad I did get some business from there.

I'm over that site. Ladies either HAD TO log in, send out invites or pay already. Now this? I'm happy with here for the review site! If I do pay for something it will be for Eros, p411 and membership here.
Sucks because I was just about to do a banner on there. Oh well.

The new site is  hard to navigate, hard to see and reviews!  Wtf?  Makes no sense that I would pay big money to pay for a feature ad and then get reviewed!  Awful move on their part, in so many respects!

However I heard that they are free for the ladies now?

.....I don't know either  Considerably more secure that way...

to think they can expand into new markets and grab market share.  Unless they have a significantly BETTER way to approach the market (i.e., price advantage, easier to use, addresses and fills a void, etc.), it usually fails.  (Stats say 4 out of 5 fail within the first year).  They will learn the hard way like so many others.

but it sounds to me like many are actually hoping it fails. Not very many well wishers here, then again, I have no skin in their game (hence no dosappointment) or any other verification site for that matter ... yet.

I bought a lifetime membership to them back in the day, but I think I'm gonna dump them after spending over an hour trying to log in (I'm still not sure how I got in) I had a look around and the site sucks even worse than it did before and that's hard to do. I'm thinking I'll have to drop them now. I use 411 and TER mostly anyway.  

I had seven references on that site, now there is absolutely no sign of them anywhere, now what?!!!.

...over night. It was a response to questions in a discussion which was also deleted. It stated the site was being rebuilt. Many of the old features didn't transfer. They were going to have to do much of it "by hand" a painful, tedious process I'm sure. All the missing references, accounts, etc would eventually return. They asked for patience and apologized for the issues.

By email or phone?I have been trying to contact them for the last 24hrs and no one answers their phone and no response to email.Pisses me off my profile is not there but I need help with another issue and cannot get a response.

I have an email out to customer service in regards to my references,  nothing yet.

I sent two messages last night, with no reply so far.

I did see briefly where the old layout was back just looked a few minutes ago back to the new jacked up layout.

I have sent them two emails yesterday and today and called the phone# listed which no one answers.
They won't get back to the guys or the ladies.

As of Noon est on Friday the old design seems to be back.

Yeah, this afternoon.  But for how long?  The new site was horrible.  No response from emails to them.  I have a renewal due next week, but sure won't if they go to the new site.  Hope they tell us something sometime soon about their plans.
