as an appeals court upheld a lower court ruling that video evidence against him taking in an MP should be tossed.  The prosecution has maintained that without that evidence, there is essentially no case.

If it weren't for him some 90 other "victims" of prosecutorial overreach would have undoubtedly been convicted and would have those criminal convictions permanently on their records. Score one for the good guys. I guess the lesson to be learned is that it's handy to have a billionaire on your side when an overzealous prosecutor has you in his/her sights.

I'm interested to see how many municipalities ramp-up enforcement on speeding; just revenue generation.  

It does help any potential monger who does get swept up, but the publicity of the incident really told the truth to some people who were oblivious to what was going on in strip mall jack shacks and FS places.

You stated that it helped mongers that "does" get swept up while I only said it helped the 90 mongers who "did" get swept up. I honestly don't know how much this ruling will help in the future, but I know for a fact that it helped the 90 poor saps who got swept up with the NFL team owner who most likely spent millions fighting this.
