Treat unknown aliases, better known as aliases without an PM letter icon, like they are LE.  A good policy, even if they are not LE, they are not us.

I don't know how an alias (which requires $20) would indicate if anybody is LE. If it were a problem, I really think that the staff would step in and do away with aliases.

let's assume that might be true.....that a member of LE thinks it would help make a case by posting here.....and hoping that someone might post an incriminating response.

So what?  What have you seen posted on any of the boards here that might be incriminating that is not available elsewhere, such as on a provider's website?

Some VIPs use alias(es) for a reason.

In my opinion the probability of LE spending time to post here is slim and none.

Any other VIP with an alias want to render their opinion?

It doesn't happen often but it does happen.  The scenario I have seen is that LE will post phony reviews for LE placed ads to snare an unsuspecting few.

I haven't seen this happen for a while, that I have noticed, but I have seen it happen.

Yes, what you post here really cannot be used in an arrest.  However, posts here can be used for provocation one way or another.  As long as you think with the big head all will be fine.

We don't have to listen to Chicken Little but we should be aware.

Interesting that you post this under an alias.

I'm vip and I use this name so I can speak freely without publically reflecting on the wonderful ladies I review.  I did this after I discovered that Googling the name I messaged with could bring up the post & I was uncomfortable with that.
The ladies I date know both my message name & my review name.

You don't mention anything on the boards that's ultra sensitive whether responding to an alias OR username.

post looking for specific services or asking specific things about providers.  e.g. Can anyone recommend a massage thereapist/PV provider who goes beyond  ___ or who does ___?  Many of us know some of the best who like to stay under the radar or keep a low profile...if the poster has an extensive history of reviews I'll often pm them, but never post and never pm someone without a solid history.  I think we owe that to the quality providers not to create unnecessary explict promo - if they want that, they can post it on CL.

I'm going to chime in even though I think I fit the bill you are talking to.  I've recently started getting on the board to research BECAUSE of LE (or suspected LE) activity.  I've always hobbied alone since that is the only way to keep things contained (no trail, no witnesses, no divorce).  I understand that just because you SAY you are legit (I think I am) it doesn't mean you are so people will keep you at arms legnth until you are proven.  That doesn't mean that you should be shunned, otherwise how do you become a member of the 'club'?  It's a catch 22, you aren't legit until you post up some reviews with established providers, but you can't get with established providers until you are legit.  Sucks to be me I guess.

Anyway, that's my opinion...everyone has one.
