Why do you feel you have to choose between the two?

This is aimed at both sides of the fence. Have you been in the biz past the point of no return? Is being with or becoming a civvie no longer an option in your mind?

I enjoy civie sex with my wife 4 times a week on average and P4P sex about 1 to 4 times a month depending on my mood. Guess what civie sex is better then P4P sex. It means more. I would give up P4P sex in a heartbeat if my wife asked me to. I would not willingly give up my civie sex.

Maybe I am a nympho, I love sex all the time! When I was in a relationship we had sex on average I would say 2x a day to 4x some times a day. Then I would work, and see 3-4 clients maybe...

P4P NSA has its distinct advantages. Mostly the preference depends on your lifestyle. In one case, it take lot of time and effort and P4P it is only matter of knowing few good providers and agencies. Much less time consuming. Lot of variables comes into play with civvie sex. IMHO

P4P is wonderful for no strings.  Its way more ethical than picking someone up, acting like you are interested in whatever bullshit she is spouting and giving her a pump and dump.  

However if the only way you can get laid is P4P then there is something wrong with you.

When the home life went south I turned to the hobby. Now 3+ years later I am finding it more difficult to find what I want in or out of the hobby. You see I love women but more for who they are. Could be civie or a provider it does not matter so long as they GENUINELY like to have a good time. Life is all about enjoyment and to enjoy a little play time with one who also enjoys the time is so much better than a wam bam thank you Mame. I do not think the hobby matters! Some of the ladies I have found in the Hobby can fulfill most of my sexual needs but I would not want a permanent relationship with them. In fact what I have found is no one person can fulfill ALL your needs in the long therm because we are all changing as individuals.  
I miss the 60's and love and caring for our fellow human beings. I was unconditional much like the hobby and unlike the current concept of monogamy.

you and i share a similar problem. i was raised to be faithful and only be with someone you can truly care for and respect. i'd love to have a meaningful relationship but my job makes it impossible. and of course the bar scene got to be a hassle. i didn't seek out the escort world - it fell out of the sky really. i'm not a frequent participant due to my respect towards women. i don't wanna say i disrespect escorts but at the same time i feel that something terrible has led them to this lifestyle (most of the time). but to get the point i guess, i agree about wishing monogamy was held in higher regard these days.
