Do Providers have PMS?  Of course it's a rhetorical question.  But one would expect less mind games from someone who is banking from a man's company.

Two local ladies I have seen previously w/ mutually great experiences & multiple repeats visits are now suddenly giving me the cold shoulder.  I know everyone has got their excuses and life happens.  
But the ads are still running.  Can ladies ever give a brother an up front answer? ie. take a hike, or I'm too busy, or whatever.

No one knows what goes on in another's mind.  I think attributing it to PMS (if serious) is not conducive to clear thinking.  It is strange that 2 ladies would do this at the same time.  Are they friends?  If so, perhaps they compared notes & took offense at something you said or did.  How are you trying to communicate?  Sometimes messages get swallowed by ciberspace.  If you are not booking a meeting, some ladies disregard...  their choice.  If you were trying to book a meeting then the take away is clear.  (Alternatively, you might have been getting too close...  providers as well as clients can discover this & cut off communication.)

I would not totally write them off...  you had a good time previously...  but time to move on & fish in a different pond for a while.  Months from now you might try them again.  By then you'll have devoluped choices.

It is possible that they are just busy? Are you leaving detailed messages, and they just are not returning your calls, or are you calling and they are not answering, and you're taking this as the "cold shoulder". For me personally, I NEVER answer my phone when I am busy, whether this be w/a client, or w/my personal life. Just because an ad is up, doesn't always mean we're available. Many sites offer a week, 2 weeks or a month of continuous advertising for a cheaper rate than posting daily... maybe this could be the case? I also know a lot of ladies will not return a missed call, unless the message specifically states to call back and with a time frame that it's OK to call back... even with regulars, unless they have specifically stated, 'Call me back whenever'. There are too many variables to know exactly why they aren't returning your calls.
