Serious Question for Gentlemen only ..No trolls allowed

Would you be willing to reveal your personal information to a professional screener if it is someone who is well known with a reputation for discretion and honesty?
Meaning that rather than giving information to a provider you would submit the information directly with the screener.
I am thinking of screening full time and am in the process of building a screening site.
There will be no provider advertising and the ladies will be screened who request my services as well.
Thoughts ?Input?

It sounds like the same set of issues that have (so far) prevented me from using an agency. I don't want paper trails and would want to know where my information was going. And since my skepticism (and the history of agency busts) prevents me from believing assurances of information destruction anyway, I don't see what would change things.

Of course, your services sound an awful lot like an agency, whether you are calling it that or not.

Just my honest $.02, since you asked.

There would be no "paper trail" because once you are cleared and your information report Emailed to the provider I am totally through with you and everything is deleted.
You would be directed to the website by your chosen provider not referred to a provider from the site.
As I said there will be no provider ads on the screening site.
Just a form.
But I understand your concerns.
Thanks for responding.

Now you brought in another unknown variable exposing to more liability.

but to address  your concern,
Your provider receives a written report of your screening, what she does with it from there on out is her responsibility
But it is all completely deleted from my system.

I prefer to keep exposure to a bare (har har) minimum. And dealing with a screening service whose sole purpose for being would be to do screening for the hobby sounds insane.

Just like an agency, it would be a concentrator of lots of valuable data in a small place. The absolute IDEAL place for LE to hit and grab the computer. And, frankly, take down with a nice conspiracy charge. Especially if there is even ONE dealing across state lines.

It would also be a GREAT central person to be grabbed and flipped for LE purposes. Who better to flip than the screener who screens for 50 ladies? Talk about a bust!

For the reasons listed with the 2 posters above.

You weren't too clear on what 'personal information' would be included.  However, I've never had a problem seeing escorts who needed references and I'd probably be OK with giving similar information to a screener used by a lady I wanted to see.  IOW, up to a point, I just don't care about paper trails whatsoever.

No matter what the good intentions are. A 3rd party can not be trusted. For that reason alone I do not use agencies. Only well reviewed independants

like sample taster said, and I think I said it somewhere on the la board or general board, why bring a third party into the equation? No paper trail for me, no matter what "they" say, that info on forms etc. does NOT magically disappear. It can and will come back and bite you in the ass if something goes awry. The less people involved in making the appointment the better.

No paper trail. EVER.

a site is the same concept.  But they have sites for that already.  But many ladies use someone else to do their screening, e-mails, telephone calls, etc.

Reputation and discretion is relative. A good honest genuine relationship have a tendency to go very wrong tomorrow. We live in society that is bent on revenge and hurting the other when one gets mad. In that respect, providing personal information to a 3rd party is even more riskier than providing the same information to the provider directly.

Isn't that  P411, Date Check and verification sites do? How are you going to protect the information you collect?  How are you going to protect the site from hackers?

If you collect private information, you are liable for protecting it under Federal Law and many state laws. If you think no one will take you to court because this is not a business people want to go to court, think again; all one has to do is get good attorney.

Setting up website is easy, securing and protecting it is not so easy.

Your verification on those sites can be years old.
This is done in real time and gives the most up to date information possible.

And...Once again..after the client has been screened
the referring provider  gets a full report and the information is deleted I apparently can't say this loudly enough..lol
THERE IS NO DATABASE

And I might add that you're an idiot if you think I would post publicly what exactly the safety and security measures are..lol

How is this different from the datecheck or p411, etc?

I don't expect the girl to tell me her real name and her life story, so why would I have to do so?

Dear Justoutofcuriosity:
I was wondering what would this persons security clearance be because we need to know if he or she would be reputable?  Also what would you allow us to have in terms of legal recourse against this person if he or she is responsible for disclosing sensitive information? Also would their be an agreement that one would sign digitally saying that the said information would only be used for the purpose of screening?  Finally can one have proof saying that the information was digitally erased after determining that the client passed muster? Please elaborate at your earliest convenience.

Yes there would be an electronic contract that the information would be used solely for screening purposes and not shared, leaked or otherwise disseminated to the general public or providers at large.
The point is to help the ladies be as safe as humanly possible by providing up to date information,
and keeping your information secure and confidential.
As I am the only person involved and will have access to any confidential information.I have 7 years behind me as a document control specialist in a secure data facility so I'm pretty "up" on the latest information systems protection software.

If you are sure she deletes everything how does she know it is you when you call? And how does she have your email and phone number for reference requests.

Again excellent question.
The answer to the equation is trust and a reputation for honesty.
