When one clicks a like button in the photo only board (or others too). Is the poster notified of the like and who it came from?

To get noticed by providers you should PM each one that you gave a "like" to and let them know what you did for them. Otherwise, "likes" are anonymous and they're not going to know who to thank.  Most of these girls your and will eventually come to your town, and they will not forget your kindness. You will get some awesome sessions IMO.
