Probably more due to the effects of age.Fluid production decreases with age.Best treatment is aerobic exercise.

Many of the clients I see who take Viagra have trouble climaxing.

I always wonder how many guys take it and dont really need it. That they merely take it to psychologically get more "bang for the buck" while hobbying. I'm guessing the majority take it that truly dont have a "need". If I am wrong then enlighten me. Just a thought.

I'm not just being a wise-ass.  Viagra will make it a whole lot easier getting it up a second time, but won't reduce whatever recovery time is needed to ejaculate again.  And that varies widely not only between different guys, but for the same guy on different days.

And yeah, unfortunately, age does have something to do with it.

If a hobbiest is going to spend the $ for a date why not make sure you you're at peak preformance level for just a little more.I'd call protecting my investment.

I took it (half dose) when I was new in the hobby. I was quite nervous and wanted to be sure I was "up" to it since the clock was ticking.

LOLOL Yes I had a client who came to see me about a month ago. Very nice, charming, distinguished older gentlman. We got into the act, and half and hour into it I am wondering why he is not popping. He scheduled for a 2 hour appt. and when it ended he was still up for more pounding, but I wasn't! I was very sore, cramped from all of the hard, heavy pounding he did, and I needed time to myself (yes a lady needs her down time after her appt. ends fellas). I told him the next time he takes it, to take a small amount and to remember if he needs more time for a pop to schedule a longer appt.  for I am not made of an inflatible doll, just human.

Yes it does sometimes lengthen the time.  Be sure to take the minimum dose, as little as 25 mg for some people.  If you find you need more you can grind up a small amount and put it under your tongue for almost immediate results (probably the bitterest thing you will ever taste). The pill doesn't inhance the experinece, it just makes it possible to do it. Because it expands your blood vessels and lowers your blood pressure, it can cause you to flush and get a headache.

Perhaps a solution to this would be to keep lubing and re-lubing as needed, to suggest positions that don't cramp your muscles, and to try to "relax and enjoy it", if that is something you can do from an emotional standpoint.

If I don't pop within two hours of taking my little blue friend, I lose a great deal of sensation.

I am able to keep it up, but I can't climax.

So, I try to time it as best as I can, which leaves only about a 45-60 minute window of opportunity.

Happens to me, too. Best completion may be 2 hours or more down the road from taking it. Great for long sessions but for one-hour variety, must take an extra hour before needed.

If you don't have erectile dysfunction it's called wasting your money.  This comes directly from the case studies done by Pfizer.  It provides zero benefit if you don't have any problems achieving wood (aside from psychological benefits that is).

Or maybe a guy who doesn't just pound away for hours might be good. Varying strokes, speed, angle, rhtymn is a good thing guys.

Yea, Bang for buck..I would say that is me. I started hobbying 7 months ago. The first time being nervous when the raincoat went on I lost it enough not to be able to have Intercourse. But thank goodness the girl/provider was a sweetie took care of me effortless with HJ. The next 3 times with different providers I was great doing anything. Went back to the my first provider same issue again. Probably in my mind this girl was so just my type. Also, I kept reading reviews how guys can pop multiple times in an hour. So I wanted to the same so I purchase 5 pills 10 mg of Levitra. Just to guarantee for the investment of my hard earn dollar that I am ready to go. But I have no problem climaxing especially in CG I have try to hold out longer. The second cup if available and get some rest period it does takes me longer. I am in my late forties

But now I wondering do I need really need it. But I really don't want to take a chance if your having an off day.

This is partially true. My problem has been a tremendous loss of sex drive after a severe illness. I have progressed from Viagra to Levitra and am waiting to try Cialis. It is not harder to climax while taking the drugs it just makes it easier to achieve an erection for intercourse. My loss of sensation has mostly affected me in the oral department as I just can't feel anything anymore. Here the drugs are of no help at all so you are patially correct.

I am telling you from personal experience, if you take viagra you will get a rock hard erection in 30 to 45 minutes pretty much no matter what you are doing. I have teken viagra several times so that I can be sure of getting up for a 2nd and 3rd pop (no problem with the first pop) and it is like clockwork. I have several friends who have had the very same experience.

I have been using the blue guy for about 3 years.  I started out with 50mg and switched to 100 mg when I turned 63.  It works just as the fine print states.  I have found it works best about 1 hour before eating and for me at least 1 hour before the recreation.

It is only an enhancement and not a starter.  I find that it works about 2 hours after I take the pill.  It does make him much larger when I am in the right mode.  He is almost double in size.  When I have a stressful day, all I want is just a deep and sinuous massage.  Taking the blue guy does not change my ability.  My mode and who I am with affects how fast the event happens.  My ATF said that the event is over much too fast even with the blue guy.   I was not really in the mode with another provider and even the blue guy could not make it happen.  I decided to study tantra to learn how to make it take longer for the event to happen.  The next time I met a new provider that really turned me on and I wanted it to last all night.  We went for well over an hour and she had multiple Os.  She said that we had to stop and take a shower together to cool off.  Best time of my life even though the event did not happen!

Same guy, same blue pill and different reactions with different modes.  Yes, I sometimes did have some minor side effects when I first started taking the pill 3 years ago.  I do believe that it has a short shelve life.  I have noticed the difference between the last pill and the first pill.

One of my regulars is like that.  He is hard and going at it the entire time, whether it be one, two or three hours.  Good thing I like him and the sex LOL!  He takes Viagra and can remain hard for hours on end without popping.

Neither Viagra or any other drug designed to combat erectile dysfunction will enhance your sex drive or restore the loss of it.  That is much more psychological then physical.

These drugs will also do nothing to restore any loss of sensation.  That either comes from overuse or nerve damage.  Overuse - that's easy to fix (don't overuse!).  Nerve damage is a different story and can take years to resolve - if ever.

I just don't buy the psychological side for loss of sex drive. Not in my case. Urologists keep bringing that up to me and I just don't believe it. You can't go from wanting to hop into bed with most females that you see to being totally turned off overnight and it be psychological.

Whatever it is that provides the stimulation of a sex drive has turned off and I can't get it turned back on.

Actually, yes, you CAN go from outright horny and ready to jump at any woman you find desirable to no interest overnight.  I've seen it many times in patients of various sorts.  It is almost always due to some pychological source.  There are a few instances of hormonal imbalances but they are few and far between.

Oh, and usually the first response to psychological causes is "There's no way it can be psychological."  Sound familiar?  Nobody wants to believe this because then they carry the stigma of being "nuts" when that's not the case at all.  Psychological problems affect the most stable people in the world sometimes.

Then how do you fix it? I think 15 months is long enough to just wait for it to get better.

If it's hormonal, then supplements might help.  However, given your Urologist thinks it's psych-based, then I would guess you've already been tested and that's not the problem.

Let's see, who would you go to for a psychological problem.  Um, how about, oh, I don't know...a psychologist?  Your Urologist can probably recommend somebody, and arrange a consult for you.
