Flyfisher used an excellent term in a post below -- Invisible Semi-Pro. I honestly never considered such a possibility. I always classified women as "civilians" (who perform for free) and "providers" (who proactively promote themselves as pay-for-play). Well, you could classify a mistress as a semi-pro but that's another story and not what I'm talking about. My question for the group is: How common are "Independent Non-Agency Civilian Semi-Pros"? Are they the rarest of birds? Or more prevalent than might be expected? Any personal stories out there? Seems there's a lot of interest out there in the topic based on my posts the last few days.
Joercny, for someone who lives in a small community and has a lot to loose, you sure do seem obsessed with pro's and the lifestyle. Now you want to "turn a girl out"? Just an observation.

If you read the posts by the other gents on Joercny's original thread, it sure doesn't seem to me that he was looking for a way to exploit or take advantage of the lady in question. I would also suggest that the responses from most of the gents who posted replies counseled caution. From your posts to his follow-ups it seems like you're taking great pleasure in the fact that he crashed and burned with the lady in question.
I'm sure you're a very classy lady with all of your sh!t in one bag, however, from my perspective it seems like you're rejoicing in his failure. I don't know, maybe I'm misreading your responses.
My take on the whole situation is that he felt that this lady was looking to him for some kind of arrangement. Whatever the case may be, it seems that he was sincere in wanting to have an exclusive relationship with her. Don't know for sure, but I didn't get the sense that he was looking to exploit her.

Having come from the Sultry South, I can tell you that "kept women" are more common than one would think.
I have no idea if it is prevelant in other area of the country but in the South, it is almost common.... A wealthy man has a mistress or two. I had been approached but that just wasn't my thing....lol
I would be curious as to what others say.

Looks like you have a healthy take on the situation. I lived in the South for a few years and I had some "arrangements" with some very sweet and wonderful ladies. Maybe because I'm single and have never been attached, and have no children (that I know of at least) makes things a bit different. I just know that the ladies in the South were just so darned friendly that it was hard to resist them. 8-)

I'll start with an illustration of what I think joercny is talking about:
When I first met my now ex-wife, she was living in a house with three other young women, one of whom I will call "Sally."
Sally did not work for an escort service or massage parlor. And she certainly didn't walk the streets. But she had this guy come over every now and then, and he would give her an undisclosed amount of "grocery money." Then they would disappear into her bedroom for a while.
I think that is the type of girl joercny is talking about. He can correct me if I'm wrong. But finding a girl like this would be a dream for most of us. Other venues (MP, SW or escort) have certain risks, mainly LE, but also hostile drivers, pimps, brushes with organized crime, etc.
But how do you find these girls? I have a feeling there are a lot of them out there, but they aren't going to do business with anyone they don't know. They certainly don't advertise in the yellow pages or the internet. They don't wear signs on their backs when they're at Wal Mart either. LOL. But I'll bet I've seen a couple in there without realizing it.
I have met several semi-pros throughout the past few years. In addition to my former student that I have already discussed, my real estate agent who helped me re-finance the mortgage on my condo let me know in no uncertain terms that she would be amenable to helping me spend the $1,900 I received from the refinancing after all my credit card bill were paid off. She even offered to bring her little sister along for the fun. Needless to say, I took her up on her generous offer. There are not many things in life that are better than the sight of two beautiful sisters both sucking and licking one's cock at the same time. I even got to take some pictures to commemorate the occasion. I guess my point is, don't be afriad to subtlely ask a good-looking and open-minded lady if she would be interested in an arrangement that benefits the both of you. MQ
