Well I always use my left hand to explore the back door and my right hand for the front door because the idea of cross contamination has occurred to me as well.  Unfortunately I only have one mouth and one tongue so my oral exploration options are limited.  I do understand your concerns though.  I don't plan on keeping a mental note of or altering my DATY, DATO, DFK sequence but at least understanding is a step in the right direction.

my practice is to stay in only one "ecological zone" while licking. it is knowledge acquired through illness and pain.

there was this one lady long ago whom i was seeing. in the course of the relationship i began to deelop a series of UTIs that you wouldn't believe. like monthly. my Dr accused me of having unprotected anal sex without protection or preparation since the bacterial infections i was having cultured out as e coli.

well i was confused since i had and to this day have never visited Greece. (not that there is anything wrong with that, there was this one provider with whom a tour was arranged..... but that's a story for another time.) ANYWAY it was a big mystery. every month antibiotics was getting annoying.

then one day at this ladies place i was getting set to leave and i took a shower. she "had to go". she was still there as i emerged from the shower and i was horrified to see her wiping the wrong way.

i stopped "seeing" her shortly thereafter, since i had no confidence in her hygeine.

in a world where people don't know how to wipe...

can most be expected to know how to lick?  ah the questions.  where does one find the answers?  i will now weep silently for the rest of the day, because I, too, am only "mostly" man.

First of all bringing up a guys, daughters privates while on a sex review blog is just wrong.

but I make sure to have soft soap & clean hand towels when having FM companionship.  I have even brought my own in my kit to a lady's incall.  I wanted her to know my hands were scrupiously clean before I put them anywhere.

I actually suck clit -- not exactly licking per se.  Women rub clit whenever alone; clit is cleaner as a result.

Sometimes it is difficult to rationalize certain acts.  Men do DATY; women do BJ.  Money transaction does not rationalize people's behaviors.

Serious question “WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU”?

All right damn it. I can't believe that I'm about to make my first post on TER - and its on this subject (because you never forget the first time).  I've raised 3 kids, including two daughters - and no one - not my mother, not my wife, no doctor, no nurse - no one has ever said anything to me about this. It has never crossed my mind. The cost of TER has already paid off, because I've learned something new - and you're never too old to learn. Now (because I'll probably never be able to forget it) I need some more education. WTF am I supposed to do about this? Do I need to keep Handywipes by the bed and wash off my mouth and fingers every time I switch between orifices? Or change condoms? It seems that  might tend to dampen the mood. I suppose one answer would be to stay away from the butt - but I sincerely hope that someone has a better idea.
