2) Allotment - how is it paid and/or considered? (ie. cash, check gifts, tax writeoff)

2a) Are their extras included? (ie. apartment, house, car)

3) How do you schedule sessions with each other? (ie. 3 or 4 dates per month for 3 to 4 hrs each?

4) Do you end up falling in love? (ie. leads to marriage, marriage break-ups, etc)

5)  How does it end?

I don't know if this qualifies as a "long term arrangement" by your standards, but I saw the same provider for several years.  We didn't have pre-set meetings, I always called for an appointment.  It was always for 2 hours and I paid cash each time.  There was no other payment envolved.  We met on average twice a month.  No one fell in love, but we did become friends.  It ended when she decided to get out of the business, so I am back to being a free agent.

What you are asking about sounds more like a sugar daddy relationship and most of us are adverse to that.  Too much like the bad marriages most of us are in.  Take some advice and just play the field.  The beautiful thing about escorts is that you can stop seeing her anytime you want with no problems.  Why give up that power?
