and just gather without a mask.  
If are were to get sick I would start attending all these gatherings
like when these guys were giving money away from a car and a whole crowd crowed around.  
Or when they where all crowded in a pool.
All I would ask for is for the ticket to get to such a place.  
I think there are willing participants. hey, some even do it on purpose, not caring or don't even know it.  
But just to make sure there is at least one infected person there we should do that.

Incoherent?  Dumb?  I suspect that you are going to get blacklisted for posting the idea.  Either because a lady will 1.  suspect that you are on drugs or 2.  would exhibit the same type of behavior around her, which reflects poor judgement/inconsiderate behavior or both 1 and 2.  

Nothing to do with the hobby.  
But teaching those irresponsible people a lesson. Many of them don't even believe the virus exists.  
It's like giving them a taste of their own medicine.

Perhaps you can figure out just how much of the virus is present in the breath you exhale and then how disburses in the air. People can then pay you to breath at them from a proper distance so they get just enough of the virus to trigger the immune response.
