Websites and photos can range from 300 to 20k...yes, some people have spent that much. Advertising (if you're smart) can be kept at minimal expenses depending on who you want to attract. For instance, I can't see someone spending 500 a month on advertising when their rate is below 300, and they are low volume. If you are spending 200-400 per ad, you're obviously high priced or high volume, or the expense would not be justified.
I see roughly 4-5 guys a MONTH, now, and plan to cut that in half when I move for good....it would make zero sense for me to be spending a ton on advertising, photos, tossing my link into every reply, or constantly begging guys to see me in ISO threads, because I simply don't need the business. For those spending big bucks on everything, I can see why they have to constantly promote themselves vs. letting someone else do it for them.

Some of the things in your #4:
Incall rent, condoms, outfits, hair, nails, makeup, transportation.
The thing is, as London said, there is a HUGE range on what a lady's expenses are, from thousands to almost nothing.
There are ladies who spend over 1500 a month just on an EROS ad (for "top billing", "VIP" etc)
On the other hand, I know a "top" lady who spends like 100 per month total. She does very well, attracting high end clients at a high rate, usually for multi-hour dates.
1) amateur free photos
2) free website
3) 1 EROS ad at 65 bucks a month, plus TER VIP at 25/month
4) condoms (she buys from Costco)
She does only outcall so no incall expenses. She wears "normal" clothes, that she already owns. Doesn't do "outfit requests" unless the gentleman buys it. Doesn't wear makeup and has no need for it.
