Before cellphones and Internet. What would be the biggest complaint you had against providers? Nowadays you read in reviews about how they answered the phone during an appt etc. Back in the day... what was what kept a provider distracted during a session?

Personally, I never had a problem with animals. But the phone and TV--really annoying. I don't think I ever repeated when either of those were in the picture.
