Please do not send me stalker pm's and emails, counting my posts, trying to intimidate me into admitting aliases (which I don't have any- ask any mod) and being CREEPY. I have feelings too and when I get a pm out of the blue that is CREEPY and WEIRD and trying to list all they think they have discovered about my real life the first thing I want to do is SCREAM and then RUN. So PLEASE if you have the stalker instincts, please don't use them with me.

By the way, to my stalker pmer- you were wrong, but you were definitely creepy.

Stalkers can be really creepy. Oh, btw, nice blue skirt and cream blouse you're wearing.

Unfortunately, there are lots of creeps in the world. I'm sorry you had one do this stalkish behavior toward you.  I can only imagine how creepy and scary that is.
Hopefully, he'll stop doing that.  Can you block people on TER? Maybe you could report him to TER Admin.

Is this guy(s) a TER member? If he is I would report him to the mods and have him banned.

I would suggest, copying and forwarding the incriminating PM to your moderator and to Staff.

Stalking is, if not the worst offense, at least the creepiest, and there is no place for it here.

Aw I'n sorry hun..I know how you feel. I'm sure all the ladies have experienced it time to time. I had a client who told me I was lying about when I was available because he saw a review ...weird.

It comes with the territory I guess? Just ignore/delete it..and move on..not much else you can do unless it gets worse than I would definately work something out where he is contacting you.

Hey Katie, I hope the stalking you're talking about is limited and stays limited to pm's and emails. Actually, I hope it stops altogether. I had someone stalk me a couple of years ago and know how truly frightening it can be.

and tell me that I was so hot in the little shorts and top I was wearing. Flipped me out until I remembered that's what I wore to take my car in for service. Then I relaxed. No way he had the balls to come to my home. He just wanted to call me and be dirty on the phone. When I told the service manager at the dealership, I got free car service for a year.

it gets creepy when someone pms you or emails and lays out your posts to you, your clues as to who you are and the thing is, he was wrong, but it flipped me out just the same.

We've all had at some time or another experiences with this type of behaviour. I think the worst thing we can do is respond to it in any way. Ignore it. I also would also forward the pm/email to mods if you're contacted via a board. If a personal email, do not respond. That is what they're hoping for. It only fuels their freak fire. It can be scary especialy if they say threatning things towards us personaly. Unfortunatly it comes with the territory.

exchanging PM's and e-mails with you.  Someday I hope to see when I visit the left coast.  You have impressed me as a true lady and in no way should you have to put up with this kind of behavior.  Some guys just aren't gentleman; for that, I apologize.

that in this particular gent's zest, he tripped over his own proverbial tongue and freaked me the hell out. At least he stopped pming me, but to the ladies he's now pming for attention and sympathy, I apologize deeply. It was not my intention to freak him out further.

Another weird thing is bothering other men. Personal and sexual questions (weird sexual questions or personal information). The men don't want to answer these weird PM's. One man asked about my building. Not kidding. I'm glad you brought this up.

If he went through ALL that trouble to harrass you and intimidate you, then you have done something RIGHT!

Trust me, been there...done that....on another board. If you reject someone or tell them where to go, make them look stupid or point out just how much class they lack, they will stop at nothing to discredit you.

The best revenge is KEEP doing what you are doing, avoiding their immaturity and acting as if they don't exist.  When they make a reference to you in every post possible, they will look like the psycho for continually focusing on you when they claim you are not what they want.
