Hit up your doc. Its not always blood flow issues. Could be several other medical reasons as well as psychological ones. Your doc will be able to rule in/out problems and prescribe appropriate treatment. Viagra, Cialis, etc have side effects, some so strong (like really bad headaches) for some guys that make sex impossible. Sometimes thy dont work at all.

I wake up with a Hard on.. and have one at least 3X a day. Hottie walks by... I get a hard on.

Of course... I don't smoke, I work out, have a diet rich in protein and get plenty of Vitamin B's in my diet.

And yeah... a nice steak at least a couple of days a week.

You sound like a Vegetarian to me.

(Most of the time... not being able to get a hard on is a sign of a circulation problem and lack of Iron in the diet.)

There are many things that could affect libido. Diabetes being one of them. I had this issue, never had diabetes before but as I got older, the shit crept up on me. My urologist put me on a diabetes pills, and gave testosterone shots which made everything working like new.
