In browsing through many provider profiles, I get the impression a large percentage of providers have implants.  I, for one, prefer no implants.  Smaller, real boobs are more interesting to me than larger, enhanced ones (although I admit in clothes, larger boobs are eye-catching).  

I was wondering what other guys think.  I have suggested that TER use this as a survey question (I don't know if was done in the past), but I thought it might be interesting to get guys' responses anyway.  In my unscientific opinion, women think men like them more than men actually do.

When I started hobbying again, I stayed away from providers with enhancements.  Most of those store-bought boob jobs at that time were pretty damn awful, and actually, IMHO, un-feminine.  

Since then I have met many ladies who have rather well-done DuPont Tits, and some jobs are very beautifully done.  I still stay away from those monster jobs, but if a provider has done a good, proportional job, then the attraction is there.  In fact, as I'm writing this post, 3 or 4 providers I've seen come to mind that have exceptional enhanced breasts.

But in the end, if there's an intellectual and sexual attraction between us, it doesn't matter at all.  My .02

I much prefer natural.  In fact if I can tell from a provider's pictures that she has been enhanced I would tend to avoid her.

I have a new rule of thumb that I won't even entertain the idea of seeing a lady with fake breasts. I've seen too many who have bad ones and they just don't do it for me.

I'd rather have smaller natural ones in a heartbeat.

was YEARS ago when I was single. I'd just moved to CA and was immersed in work, not even thinking much about sex. Fortunately for me, a VERY sexy and bold co-worker had a better perspective on life. I asked her to do something mundane at work, and she slipped me a note saying she wouldn't do ANYTHING more for me unless I came home with her for dinner and beyond. My brain immediately descended about 30 inches and grew about 8!

She wasn't a great cook, but she WAS a great kisser. She was stunning in clothes, but when they were off her breasts were almost classic "bolt ons." The grass was out before the clothes were off, and that may have helped, but I was turned on by those breasts almost as if they had natural erections. Our second mutual pop of the evening occurred as we awoke from sleep, still side-by-mish, and I SWEAR it happened without either of us moving anything but our lascivious thoughts. Even today I get hard just thinking about it.

I still can't believe I dumped her for a schizophrenic yuppie who made the subsequent year of my life quite bizarre. By the time I woke up someone else was benefitting from the plastic surgeon's handiwork.

Some ladies' enhancements are gorgeous, some are awful. Unless they're so far towards the latter end of the spectrum that they detract from the whole package, I'm happy with natural OR enhanced.

Can't resist telling one more story. I have a close friend who's a cosmetic surgeon. A friend-couple of mine asked me to refer them (her) to my surgeon friend, because the Y-chromosome-enabled member of the couple was a breast man, and his partner was mammary-challenged. She agreed it would enhance their sex life, but when she was jiggling the silicone, she chose the SMALLEST package he offered her!

Big nipples is where it is at. don't care about the rest unless she has VW breasts.

I like it when they fit the gestalt of the woman.

OK I'm full of shit! I love-m all! Big and jiggly to small soft pancakes. I would not consider myself a breast man, but some of my recent providers are changing my opinion of that.

I like to know which side is more sensitive. I like it when the woman likes their own. OK. like I said I like them all. (They are making me stupid at the moment)

This question has recently come up a lot on our local board.  It seems that the preference for natural is absolutely overwhelming, so I'm always surprised by how many providers choose implants.

One person described the paradox best--they prefer the fuller look of implants in a dress, but much prefer naturals once the dress comes off.  Since most advertising is done clothed, that's probably why implants are so popular.

To be honest (blush) I'm kind of a russian afficionado, and contrary to the common "bigger is better" myth, implants just don't work at all for that.

But when it comes right down to it, my preference is probably more philosophical than practical...  Big or small, soft or firm, the absolutely amazing beauty of a woman's breast is an almost perfect thing that can't really be improved upon.

I'm young enough that I don't really have experience with the old, poorly done ones.

What I care most about is that they look natural and the woman likes them, (meaning she is comfortable with them and she has good sensation).

Recently I've met several women with excellent enhancements.  But there's just something extra special with natural breasts.  A softness is there, that I rarely feel in enhanced breasts.  If I had to vote; natural is my preference.

I see that nearly everybody goes to natural. There is something to think about it. When you are with friends, everybody will tell you, that nobody looks porn movie. But if you look at the market, there are tons of them, so somebody has to buy them, OK? Now there are a lot of provider who have their boobs done, and nobody likes them,OK? So they all should be bankrupt or without work. But this is not the case. So somebody has to like them. Well I am the one who like big breats and enhanced. I love to be in public with a big bust girl, thats why I prefer dinner dates. I like them to touch and everything you can do with them. I am from Europe where breast expansion is not so popular like in the States, so thats perhaps the reason why I like them because it is something special for us. Anyway, I don't feel dump or stupid to like women with big enhanced breasts.

All natural, no matter the size for me. But, I suppose if they are really sagging, I would make an exception, just because I know the ladies want to look their best.

I prefer au natural...but I've never refused implants.
Again...It gets back to the total female experience which I completely adore and enjoy. I know that sensitivity can be an issue for the ladies with implants although I've alaways found other erogenous zones to explore for mutual satisfaction.
For me... there is nothing like a nice set of knockers.

I prefer a nice pair of natural breasts to a large pair of fake ones any day, even if the are a little saggy, now if they are really bad, then and only then would I suggest a woman do it. Why ruin something nice and natural.
