Hi KylieRae,
Some providers web sites say first form of communication is only thru email and one line sentences will be ignored. I haven't checked your website and have no clue how to contact you for the first time. With that being said if that's on your website instructing people to reach out via email and than you come back with a one word sentence it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I understand you have a life and a lot of things going on but if your asking me to write to you I'm taking my time writing something that gives you an idea about me. A one word response seems insulting under those terms. I can't speak for everyone else. If you post a phone number or any other way to contact you and it's a one word response that's not as bad or insulting in my opinion

I don't mean to seem terse, I just like to be quick to respond and make sure that anyone who contacts me doesn't feel neglected.

However, I do understand WHY guys wouldn't like it. You want to feel like you're connecting, having an experience. You don't want to feel like you're in the door and out or just being held on the hook.

Anyway, lesson learned. Happy Hobbying!! xoxoxo

ut that is exactly what you're doing.

Besides, you ended with "lesson learned."

No other words are necessary :)

I mean there are a number of possibilities where a one word response is fine. I do it with gals all the time. Sometimes I just send "k" which doesn't even count as a word. Lol

But if your overall point is that many Johns are looking for something you can't or won't provide, and that frustrates them and in turn you, well that is no secret.

There is a fine line between the GFE and the IRL GF in many minds here that sometimes it crosses over, unfortunately for you and other gals.

Many confuse p4p with civie dating. I think it's the biggest mistake some guys here make, assuming they are decent guys which I am sure most are.

But feel free to send me one word responses.

Especially if that one word is "Yes!"

I'll also accept "fuck yes" if you are in an especially giving mood. LOL

i'd take a simple, "fuck!"

however i have no probs w/one word replies, thos if it's the beginning of the communicating relationship, you may want to be a little more eloquent, or at least wordy.

however if you've seen or communicated with the guy before, don't feel bad.  if you think he needs more and are willing to give it, send a note later.

however i do wonder what the context was, if you could explain w/o giving away too much info.

If I'm working and someone keeps on texting me over and over and then get insulted that I only responded 1 word. You get upset over something like that,  that most likely gives me an indication of the type of session we will have. I'm not your girlfriend, I'm not your wife. I am a person you paid to provide you a service. The same way you wouldn't want me to take time out of our session to text someone else a novel is the same way I wouldn't do it to someone else. It's called curtesy.

...but it's a tad bit better than being totally ignored. So there ya go.

...get my money to put in their purse.  Hmm, I should have put this in verse but I'm late for a role play with a nurse.  She's wild - I may end up in a hearse!

and I wouldn't care. I'm just assuming, considering your rates some johns might expect a little more conversation.

I look at it this way. No matter who you are, there is no guarantee it's even you typing on the other end, so I could care less about what you say and don't say.

With people who don't know you, parsimonious use of words in emails can result in excess ambiguity.

Most people read "tone" and "nuance" into emails. One word doesn't set the tone.

One word. Two words. Three words. No words.

Totally fine with it.

I tell you, it's the pussy-fication of this country. Since when are men so f*cking sensitive? Good to see that there are men out there can understand common sense.
Geez, I have booked providers in the past that have given me one worded answers and I didn't go home and cried about it on my tear stain pillow. Someone mentioned donation, regardless of the donation if you are busy you are busy. If it hurts you so much take your cash elsewhere I don't lose sleep over it nor will I do cartwheels for a client to come see me or to prevent him from leaving. We could talk during the session and once it's over you shoot me a text and if I have time i'll write back and have a mini-conversation other than that people should really  get over stupid little things like this.

There are times when a one word response is appropriate.  Just not at the beginning...

One word replies are dismissive, they convey the message that you won't bother to take the time for a proper response, and that may project a perception that your bed manners are also rushed and dismissive. This business is about lip service in more ways than one. The prelude to an encounter sets the tone and anticipation for the experience, it is part of your marketing strategy, and you should seize every opportunity to differentiate yourself from the rest.
I'm glad you took notes and learned the lesson.

+1 it does seem, hurry up and cum!

Some hobbyist can't understand that us providers have lives outside of this or that we are working. I'm an independent, unless I'm off (like I am now) I can not go back and fourth with a client for 2hrs hours straight, while texting other potential clients, setting up appointments, screening, verifying, putting dates in my calendar, updating my website, looking for airfares for my upcoming tours, booking hotels and setting up photoshoots.

In that case, no one could be offended if you give them a one worded answer. My time is very valuable how could you be upset if I am working or in session and give you a one worded answer?  At least I'm answering you back. This is a professional environment as well and I like it like that. Some hobbyist don't know when enough is enough and expect to have long conversations with you via text or email. Don't get me wrong it's great to build anticipation but some want to over do it before a session. If you set up an appointment with me you know you are going to see me let's talk about everything then and there.  Doesn't make any sense, and again if they get offended that's their problem. I don't even text my SO 50x a day and even he gets one worded answers sometimes.

The way I see it is no one would like if I called them during business hours just to talk to them or if I text them knowing they are working and then demand for them to text me back or get upset because they didn't. I am working, the same way I give my mother a one worded answer is the same way I give it to everyone else if i am busy.

the first two are Roxanne's "Etiquette Answers for Dummies"  lol

Common sense isn't that common anymore you have dudes flipping out because you give them a one worded answer. What does that tell you LOL

but not your whole reply; i agree in essence with you, a provider is in a business, there are many things to occupy her time to make the business run smoothly.

but dammit if i'm in a session with you you better not be checking your f***ing phone and replying to other guys!  do NOT take care of clerical side of your business when you are entertaining me.

i really dont' care if you do that with any other guy you see, but in general it might be a good idea to leave your phone off for the hour and half you are with a guy.

i'm an actor and stand up comedian;  there's tons of paper work and emails to casting and talent agents and pictures and resumes for me to take care of;  i never do that when i'm on stage or on set.

paper work and performance are two different sides of both of these industries; keep them separate.

And it's really not much harder.

Written communication is always imprecise, and for some reason emails and texts are more so. There's a lot of potential misinterpretation in a one or two word reply. I want to read, "yes, we are meeting at 1 pm on Friday, April 13th for three hours at the Fleabag Hotel. I will wear my black latex suit.". I don't want to read, "yeah".

That's what I called it.

I detest one word responses ... Seriously reflects on how lame that person will or is in bed by communication alone..  Just my opinion!!!
