I would like to know what kind of music the ladies enjoy on their time. and why is there no music board?

I would prefer no noise in the background, other than our own ;) Otherwise, it would be soft blue/jazz playing in the background. The idea of head banging music, or even porn turned up loudly via the t.v. set, is enough for me to be totally not "there" in the session.

Frankie, Tony Bennett, Bobby Darin, hell, even Dean Martin. Wanna get really romantic?  Find some old Jackie Gleason Orchestra albums.  I fucked to that 40 years ago. Ditch the new age crap - I can't believe anybody really likes that.

The genre "new age" is huge.  I don't know what people have been playing that you consider "new age crap", but there are some things that you might typically categorize as new age that are so much more intense than vocal jazz/pop from yesteryear.  Steve Roach, Brent Lewis, Ron Sunsinger, Al DiMeola, George Winston, Michael Jones...all have produced music that has rhythm or emotional intensity that is much more passionate and warm, to me, than ANYTHING with vocals.  I don't need anyone but my partner talking to my brain when I am making love.

Now Billie Holiday...that's a whole other story. :)

the whole piece is analogous to making love.

I love the classics in general:  Some Mozart, Beethoven, even Brahms.

Any other classical fans out there?

Mozart's Eine Kliene Nachtmusic, Tchaikowski's 2nd piano concerto, Beethoven's 3rd. Yum!

Verde's great, too.

I love electronica, as well. A current fave is Bittersweet's The Mating Game.

The classics for love making are endless.  Debussys' prelude to the afternoon of a faun, Tchaicovskys' swan lake, Beethoven's 5th and 6th, Ravels' claire de lune, Berlioz, Franc, Chopin, Sibellius.  Try Concerto de juanrnes by Juaquin Rodriqo performed by classical guitarest Julian Bream.

I also try to play what my friend likes, but when he doesn't suggest anything I try to keep in mind his age, my likes and his dislikes. Usually, I pay soft jazz music. I especially like Rod Stewart's classics (his new stuff), Billy Holiday, Bosa Nova (Brazilian) music, classical, etc. On a few ocassions I have played Swing because the gentleman is into 40s & 50s mementos and I have a lot in my private space. :)

Hugs,
ciara

I burn CDs to take with me as gifts. Nice background music for the "chit-chat getting to know you time".

Once we're both comfortable we can skip to the last track. Yeah baby! Don't knock the "Chicken Dance" until you made love to it!

Ok.. The arm flapping part can be a little tough if you're on the bottom.
