I can't tell the difference nor would I complain..

A lot more people are posting and it makes for a lively board...

I know I can see TER's new more positive approach for newbies..and it hasn't change my posting at all

I'm not a newbie. Kinda takes the fun out of certain kinds of posts. I'm sure they have their reasons. I wish I knew what they were.

And it wasn't anything uncivil, either. :/

...that they were using screening software, probably typical to what companies use for scanning resumes. I have not seen any problems, messages have been going up in under 2-5 minutes for me.

But is is weird not being able to see your posts immediately though...


On another note though, edits seem to take effect immediately.   So you could post something innocous, then edit it later if you wanted.

That explains why one of my regional board posts did not show up. In fact, I posted it yesterday afternoon, and it is still not up.
I am curious to see if this post sees the light of day.
I don't like my ego to be checked.

There seems to be no delay for me either.

The above post was delayed for something less than 15 minutes. This one will probably be delayed as well. Seems like hardwood is correct. As a former moderator I can't figure it out anymore!

I swear the last time I posted it went up immediately.  Today I get this message:
