I have done this before without any problem. The latest time though after everything was fine for a few days I lost VIP. I contacted customer service and was told to contact the retailer and/ or the company that manages the gift card transactions. It has been a big pain and I was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue and if you have any advice?

I tried getting VIP access using a $40 Rob Lobster card. It just kept kicking it back. I messaged the third party(?) used for this service, but they never messaged back.

That you use the contact us feature and get the info straight from the horses mouth.

I usually purchase money orders from Seven Eleven and mail them in.  It usually takes about 9 to 20 days for them to get the money order and credit my account.  Last time it took 9 days.

I get SB and HD cards at the grocery store and have to date no problem with redemptions.

Starbucks. I have done it several times before but this time it has been a nightmare.

Thank you. I eventually got Starbucks to refund it but it was a pain. And it was really weird that it worked for a number of days and then didn't. My advice is to only used gift cards from places that you can use it for in case you get stuck with it.

Stay on them cutie pie they owe you $40!
