Well, it's Monday and for the past 2-3 months I've gone to the same place for lunch on Monday (when I'm in town). The food at this place is eh, OK. The ambiance is a sports bar. But the bartender is absolutely amazing, beautiful, sexy etc.  She always dresses just a little slutty, not blatantly, just always something that she is wearing is slutty, and I adore sluts.

And buy her a drink. I had some success with bartenders and it's a challenge because they get hit on every day. Try this one, ask her, "What time do get off" Regardless of her answer, smile and say,"Can I watch?"  It's bound to get a laugh. You have to flirt with her a lot. Forget endless complements. She's heard them all before. She knows you're feasting on her every time you look at her. I remember asking a Nicole Kidman lookalike why she wore a Men's watch. It wasn't a men's watch, but it was big and clunky and didn't look right on her. Of course I told her that.  

Hot women know they are hot...because guys tell them from the time they are in 8th grade.  I have had many a female bartender tell me they know exactly what they are doing behind the bar with regard their clothes and actions; it's a tip oriented operation.  If she is chatting with you it means two things: you're nice to talk to, or you might tip her better.  But what the hell, ask her out for coffee, dinner, whatever and see what she says.  If it is "no" then you know the conversation was just that. BTW, if she says " no", expect the chit chat to go away.  Good luck!

I like her as a person, as much as I know of her, and I really, really like to look at her, so leaving it as it is, is exactly what I'll do. Doesn't mean I can't go home and rub one out to the thought of her though.

Funny, after hookers, I date more bartenders/cocktail waitresses than any other type of women. I guess it's because I spend so much time in bars.

That did not work out so well. Well for me!  

Most of the providers I see are much finer and sexier than the bartenders or servers that I see in bars and restaurants. And with providers I know that I will have a happy ending. No uncertainty, risk of rejection or crushed egos. God I love this shit.

I was out to dinner with a hot Latina 4 years ago and our waitress was a stunning Asian Indian gal. 5'8" plus, beautiful hair, great wheels and ass on and on. SHE hit on my date and long story short I'm still fucking her to this day. She's in my top ten for sex skills and very very reasonably priced and no I don't take advantage of her. Its a win/win.

No, but I did wind up dating one of them a few times.  This was outside my home

I spent a lot of time in the strip clubs in Rapid City.  At one of them, the waitress got very friendly with me.  She would go out of her way to throw money on me when I was laying on the stage tipping the dancers, and when I didn't get the hint, she upped it a notch.  She would crawl on top of me, adding her money to mine, and then I would have 2 hot chicks grinding all over me.  Unfortunately, by the time I caught on, my summer job was over and I had to get back to college in Minnesota.  I could have had some very good times with that lady...
