I usually dislike fake tits, although some of my regulars in the past had fake tits, but they were very well made. If they look like fake bolt ons, I flat out hate the look.

techniques they are shown by the doctor/nurse 6-8 times a day as they are recovering from implant surgery, the final result is often indistinguishable from natural breasts.  This is why so many guys get it wrong in reviews.  The easy way to tell is to put her flat on her back.  If they are natural, each boob will flatten and spread a little towards her armpits.  If they are implants, they will usually stay up on top, but may STILL feel like naturals to the touch.  If one stays up and one slides towards her armpit, then she's a cancer survivor and you should treat her special, whether she's a provider or a civvie.

I definitely prefer real/natural. Fake never feels right to me, and only once have I seen fakes that looked good. The rest of them were not so great looking. The thing is, all the lose ladies probably looked great before with real breasts.

I don't think the final implants are "hard."  They're either saline or silicone.  The skin might be tight initally but will loosen up over the course of a year or two.  I know for reconstruction from mastectomy, there is often a period where a temporary implant called an expander is inserted, which gets saline injections a couple of times a month for however long it takes to expand the skin to the size desired, could be the better part of a year.  Those expanders are very hard.  But they will eventually be removed and the final implant is swapped in.

I steer clear of women who have fake breasts, especially the EXTREMELY large breasts. Not only do I prefer the natural ones, even then it's only the small ones that I like, anything larger than a B-Cup is too large for my tastes.

I'm a provider and I'm really into women. And the biggest turn offs to me are fake boobs, lip filler and excessive plastic surgery in general, especially on the face. I'm all for doing what you want with your body but I've noticed natural women just look better. When you get plastic surgery you don't look younger, you just look like a woman with plastic surgery... if that makes sense.  

Breast implant are the thing. Girls turn 18 and what do they want? Titties...I think most men love them. Now some may not like the beach ball looks, but something in the C or D cup will probably turn most men on.

I prefer naturals but I'm not really a tit man.  I do like the hour-glass figure of a clothed woman but once naked, boobs just are not my fav part of any woman.  I think clothing can be filled with padding and worn as well as fake knockers.  And breasts, real or fake, are seldom a strong erogenous zone for most women.  Sometimes they are sensitive in a negative way, to the point of being painful for her if touched roughly.  Most women seem to respond more to having their sides touched than their breasts.  And big breasts do not age well, natty or fake.

In my area many Brazilian providers are touring, They have  Artifically Huge Butt - this is a turn off to me.  
The scaring can also be significant -- I vote for natural Butts also. If you want more glute muscle do more squats and Lunges.  
One american provider gave me quite an education on all the surgery she suffered through to get that Brazillian Butt.

I absolutely love fake tits, when done nicely!  Natural boobs do it for me as well, lately I've been into asses but I never pass up an opportunity to admire some man-mades.  

Squats won't give you a butt-- but they will give you great quads.   Lunges also do more for your legs than your butt.   You want to do bridges with and without weights and side squats for those glutes.  

If you like butts, I have a perfectly round natural one

Implants don't bother me. Generally, I prefer bigger over smaller, but I don't like them saggy. As long as they're perky and pretty I'm happy.

I don't like fake tits either. Even if she is just training bra size I prefer the real thing. Also, I spent a couple of hours chatting with a surgical nurse while our flight was delayed, and she told me that any kind of implants have long-term health consequences and that a woman's first boob job will not be her last.

Sorry for the late response.  Yes, b-drinker or b-girl is the same.  They get you to buy them drinks at a high price.  Overseas, the house gets a cut as well as the girl.  Usually, they are just drinking tea.  They lead you on to thinking you might get lucky.  They'd be in most sailor bars world wide.  It was a standard exploitation of young merchant seaman.  The only time I got slipped a mickie was by a b-drinker in Manila.  I woke up penniless and shoe-less on a street not far from where the ship was docked.  I had racoon eyes and a serious headache, but it could have been worse.  They left my Z-card (a passport for sailors)  and shore pass in my pocket which was a good break.

It happened very slowly.  I was shipping out of Houston at the time and got to know these women who worked the waterfront bars.  I first visited these bars when I was a cadet in the late 1970's.  There were a lot of crew changes in Houston, so when I became an engineer, I moved there to find ships to work.  I would take night jobs that would end in the wee hours and these bars would be the only place open that still served food.  I often went in as the girls were getting off work.  I was near broke and so were some of the gals.  Their cars often didn't start.  I always had a few tools for the night job and could MacGyver just about any car problem.  After a few months I found myself sleeping on a couch at the apartment complex where the girls lived.

I think they're referred to as "Duck Lips". I know ducks technically don't have lips but the mental picture is what counts. I think they look ridiculous and unattractive and I steer clear of them.

There are probably really a lot of guys who prefer natural.  They just happen to be a smaller pool than those who like enhanced.

Some women have such great boob jobs that you almost can't even tell--others have them absurdly over-sized and harder than bowling balls---(and everything in between.) Ultimately it depends on the individual.
