It literally hurts my eyes. The color scheme gives me headaches. It is cluttered and busy. The layout is just plain ugly. I hate hate hate active links that automatically drop down menus when you roll your mouse over them. They get in the way and are annoying. Its really not that hard for me click to drop down a menu.

Old TER is simple, classy, and elegant. Its easy to navigate, uncluttered, and the color scheme is easy to look at and easy to read. It was perfect, there was no need to mess up a good thing just for the sake of change.

..... visit the chat room now and you will find no one using that area. Problems with the new chat were never addressed so it has become a wasteland.

The font size is too small, colors are bad, not enough contrast.

When they change some colors so everything does not blend with the background, I will make the switch. The rest I can get used too.

At first I didn't like the new TER but after a while I got the hang of it...  but it kept hanging up, over & over.  Back to the old TER for me.

For the people who don't use the New TER, what don't you like about it? I hated it at first because they messed up the message boards, but after they fixed that, I started using the new version.

When the new TER site was first implemented I did not care for it at all.I thought the forums being on the side of the site was a lot more convenient than the drop down menu on the new site.I found that with the new site it is harder to view different boards from a phone if you are on the go.I also did not like the new site when they had the discussion posts being knocked down by every new reply.But,since they have corrected that problem I find myself using the new version a lot more now and I do like how the boards have a tree/flat option for reading the boards.

The new ter is the old ter to me. I thought it looked difernt from the first time I saw it.

I'll allow this as I'm hoping that something creative comes from it, but please lets not make every day "bitch about new Coke" day.  Next thing you know, they'll be announcing Cherry TER.

Oh, I use the new version and it has become normal to me.  Trust me when I tell you that NOBODY bitched louder about the change than I did.  My complaints just didn't hit the public boards too often.  Matter of fact, I was reminded just today about a PM that I sent across the pond.  If this was a real job, I'd have been SOOOO fired, lol.

Don't know the problem, but when the NEW TER came out, I no longer can go to the chat room.  I do everything required but I am taken to the review search page.  What gives?  Any suggestions?

Old TER works better on my phone as some of the drop down windows don't work on my phone in new TER. But at home I use new TER exclusively. The save search thing is great and I like the color scheme. In the end though I like them both fine and wouldn't care if one went away as long as the other stayed.

tomorrow i will start a thread cold Old TER vs. New TER.  See, I've reversed them.  but here will be the twist:  i'm a newbie and I never used old TER.  So I'll say a bunch of crap that pisses people off about the old format, without even knowing what I'm talking about.  Look for it tomorrow!
