i have booked an incall with a provider she will get a room for the event should i pay or offer to pay for the room?not sure what is the standard for this thanks

Don't pay for anything you are not asked to pay for.

Unless she asked you in advance or you were the one who pushed for incall, I would consider it her cost of doing business and I am quite sure she factored her overhead into her price.

Your $$$ fee is part of the hotel costs for an incall.
