I've spent too much time in London,
thus I'm seasoned.
Amateur Visitors generally, don't quite
anticipate the "British" de rigueur.
Especially when packing proper attire or displaying acceptable etiquette/manners.
Indeed moreso today, it's improved thanks
to the Internet.

It's rarely "pleasant" weather even in the Summer imho, too cool, most often too
much rain for my liking.
An umbrella is a must!
(I'm spoiled by residing in Southern Spain
and San Diego; similar climates)
