Can someone give me a quick 101 on how to make a picture show in my post??

` Right-click the photo
` At the bottom of the dialog box, click Properties
` Highlight and copy the Address (URL) info
` In the "picture URL" for your post, right click and then click Paste in the dialog box

I can't remember the process for a Mac though.
